Hi, We bought the WIRED Camcamp security cameras. I can't find any other videos to help. We got the first camera plugged in and it's showing up on our tv screen, but it's in Japanese. How in the world do you switch it to English? Would you know? I appreciate any help. Thanks.

If I were you, I would reset it on the back of nvr then first thing comesup. It is language choose English

@@Techgeniusideas yeah, I tried that. That doesn't pull up. It immediately goes to the grid window showing where the cameras would go. No screen asking language choice. I'll just have to wait until they open Monday. Thanks.
