The active adult community is very active and has newer homes and recreational facilities than Sun City. One of the best parts about Sun City West is the privacy and low speed streets where you can navigate the entire community by golf cart. Yes you do. The rec centers are private and not open to the public. Only the golf courses are open to the public.
