I also make a living by dividends income ( and throught out the years I have learned a few tips from Tracey, thank you) but because my portofolio now is growing and the individual companies that fit my criteria are not many to justify a reasonable diversification I am slowly moving my funds to indexes etfs and maybe to sector etfs and I am feeling more relax about the all thing. Just my own personal perception. All the best.
Would love you to do a video on covered call ETFs for income. GlobalX has recently launched 3 on the ASX including QYLD that pays a monthly distribution.
Having seen an earlier video about Tracey’s excellent methodology to finding and choosing a dividend stock, I’d be utterly amazed if any of her 13 stocks *were not* in VHY. VGS is an interesting beast. While it has 1500+ stocks in it, the majority of the ETF features US stocks, so it’s performance is strongly correlated with the US.
Hey Tracey 👋 would you be able to do a video on on the cbdc that is being rolled out in Australia 🇦🇺 and the carbon credits etc. I have a small dividend portfolio and I'm unsure how the change in systems will effect this. Thank you 😊
Does having so many companies get messy at tax time? I have probably half this amount and I will only go for fully franked as well to save any additional tax headaches
@@ToroMontana Yeah see this is exactly what I don't want to be dealing with, if I have to start getting Excel fired up then it is beyond what I want to be dealing with. I like to keep it as simple as possible if I can help it
I was considering VGS or something like it, but it's pretty easy and tax efficient to change my super mix slightly. And let's face it, Super is mainly ETFs anyway.
Can we get a video on the stocks you have and why you hold them? Love your work 😊
Yes please
Please make separate video on your individual stocks portfolio. Anxiously waiting for that. Thanks.
That's a good list. My best dividend ETF has been GEAR. Extremely volitile (although over time it has grown) but the dividends have been 10+%.

Nice choices 👏 I've always been intrigued with VAP for some property exposure but have never pulled the trigger! Might do more research on it.
Hi Tracey, do you know how to display ETF's performance over time (e.g. VHY) with dividends automatically reinvested?
Great info. Thanks for sharing Tracey !

I second this

I’m not sure either right now. I’ll do some research and get on top of it. 😊
@@TraceyEdwards Thank you 😊
I'm confused how you do taxes for these ETFs I buy off commsec pocket
Hey Tracey! Have you switched to a 4 hour month? What are your thoughts regarding inverse ETS? Cheers!
Appreciate your info thankyou.
bella and brava as usual, thank you.
Hi Tracey i have been watching all your videos. What is the individual company you r holding 18 % for dividend.
My guess is BHP, CSL or Commbank.
Does having so many companies get messy at tax time? I have probably half this amount and I will only go for fully franked as well to save any additional tax headaches
Most of them get pre-filled so it’s not too bad.
@@TraceyEdwards Ah yes mine all do this which is exactly what I want as I hate dealing with all that stuff. Thanks for response
I stick to under 10 holdings so Sharesights free plan gives me my tax breakdown so I can double-check the ATO.

What do you think about the change to franking credits? Or how it will affect those ETF's
There has been a change to franking credits?
There is a proposal to restrict franking credits on buybacks and capital raisings. Hasn’t gone through yet and doesn’t affect regular dividends.
@@TraceyEdwards ah ok.. I've been paying close attention to the 'proposed changes' to super but hadn't heard about the franking credits...
