I really couldn't see much damage or splitting. It just looked like her strands are growing at different paces, which is natural, right? Hair doesnt grow blunt and even. The technique was great, tho.
ocky88 right you have spit ends throughout your hair the title is wrong it should be how to trim your hair because she definitely have unevenness cutting it is not getting rid of split ends she just making it even.
Excellent Video - I'm a hair blogger and would like to ask a question: Why do you cut the hair with short snips vs one long snip of the section? I trim at home and just wondered if that makes a difference.
Some of the hair she cut was not split ends!! Which is why im all about cutting the split ends and not so focused on cutting the hair completly because some parts of a clients hair grows faster than others parts of the head it would be pointless to keep cutting parts of the hair that hair that will never be the same length as the rest. That is how you maintain the legnth. Cut the split ends and not anything else
.....this is the salon I need to be at cause I went to a salon just yesterday and I swear I cried in the seat she turned me away from Murrow and pretty much chop shop my hair instead of just admiring she didn't know wtf she was doing I'm so traumatized that my hair length is just gone now.....

You say there is not a product(in her hair), yet her hair is blow dried or flat ironed... So you must've used a heat protectant. Right?

in Jamaica the hair dressers charge a different fee to trim split ends not all of them
