Form was difficult to learn for me at first as a runner but now that I’ve been doing it, I haven’t run into too many issues. What I would recommend is not arching your back as much, you want to keep your posture straight but not to tight. You want to keep your arms and hands nice and relaxed. You want to also be light on your feet and try to land on your mid foot so it takes pressure off your heel and you also don’t put as much stress on the tips of your toes. Just a tip that helps me. :)

Would you ever consider speaking about how you made it through so many years of schooling. Any study tips that worked for you. How did continue to stay motivated? I’m not looking to be a med student (I don’t have the brain) but I’ve always been fascinated by people like you that just seem exceptional. I know this topic isn’t the purpose of this channel, but those type of videos do get many views from college students and people looking to get into medical school. Hi! I admire the people who go to the gym every day! There are so many beautiful clothes for all sports. Walking is the only sport I practice. And, I look forward to the summer to go for a walk in my favorite place. We have many hiking trails here in Quebec City that can be used in both winter and summer. They are well maintained and safe. It is not always easy to walk in the woods alone. But we always meet several people and I always bring a small spray or a whistle in case...lol! I always have a good book with me. The forest reminds me of the countryside and it's great!

Hi Dr. Dray! I really struggle to not pop zits if I have them. I am constantly „inspecting“ my skin an squeeze pimples or blackheads. I can‘t stop this bad habit. But in my mind I am thinking, I need to „clear“ my skin and remove all clogged pores so that it doesn‘t get worse. I just want a smooth and even skin. But most of the times I am actually making things worse. But my question is, if we leave those whiteheads and blackheads alone, do they dissapear vy themselves? Where does the sebum go??
Sorry for this long comment and my english. But I really need you to convince me to stop doing this!

They do go away, no worries! I know, how freaking hard it is, to just leave them alone though. Went through the same thing, when I was younger...lucky to not have scars or dark spots.
Nowadays...I‘ve discovered, that it helps to ‚stay strong‘, if you actually write out your ‚good intentions‘ and hang them at the place, where you need a reminder. Something like ‚I love my skin and will not damage it!‘. It helps.
There is also a lot of interesting science about ‚pattern interruption‘. If you feel, you’re about to do something almost as if you’re not acting out of your own free will...don’t try to just stop, count backwards from 5 and then quickly do something else, like brushing your teeth.
If the urge keeps nagging you...turn on loud music and hop around or do jumping jacks for a minute. It’ll totally take your mind of what you desperately wanted to do before. It really works 🙂

So the 50 has tinasorb s
      And is (just slightly thicker)
The SPF 30 is the better deal if you're getting the giant pump can't beat it and works wonderful as a am moisturizer.
The 50 does too it's just slightly pricier and heavier
If you got the extra change then do the 50 their also in convenient (albeit smaller) tubes.
They don't leave a white cast on me (I'm a skin types 2-3 Andreas skin tone)
And I don't think it would leave a cast on darker types

Love this video! I'm 58 and stil gym most days, however, I love strength training and force myself to do cardio which I don't like. Fabletics leggings in particular are fab, really good quality. It would be interesting to learn about your ballet background which you have alluded to but not discussed in any detail, you have such poise and elegance when you exercise which I'm sure has been attained through years of ballet practice.

Question, Dr. Dray: How do I prevent SPF from getting into my eyes and stinging? I have recently started to regularly apply SPF (thanks to your videos), but no matter how I have tried to apply SPF to my eye area, it always seems to make its way to my eyeball and get them bloodshot. People might be getting the wrong idea. 😅

This happens to me too. I've learned that it's because I have dry eyes with poor quality tear film. I use eye gel drops and just don't put the sunscreen too close to my eyes.

I've been loving Altruist. I have rosacea and very sensitive skin and it's been working very well. Aesthetically, it goes on really nicely. I accidentally left a couple of sunscreens in my car and let them freeze. Should I be concerned about the protection being compromised?

Can you talk about the effectiveness and what we should look for when purchasing home air filters that are being used in the furnace? I recently switched to the reusable mesh filter, but do not see any dust being collected on it after two months. Should I go back to the use and throw kind? What should I look for if I have allergies and eczema?

I’m no dermatologist BUT in eighth grade I did an experiment and tested out sunscreens from a range of spf 15 to spf 70. My results were that anything below spf 30 wore off very quickly but spf 30 was just as effective as spf 70. Of course, there can be many variables, and I only tested one brand of sun screen, but I do think anything above spf 30 is just marketing to get more $$ for something you can get just as well for cheaper.

Hey Dr Dray hope you are well. I am considering changing my shower routine to evening but as I generally exercise in the morning this would mean showering twice. I don't want to dry out my skin so can you suggest best thing to do in this instant. As a single mum of 2 I would really struggle to fit work out later afternoon or evening as have school run, after school clubs , dinner and bedtime routine. Your input would be amazing. Many thanks.
