For anyone watching post 3.1, Cyno boosts Sumeru rewards by 25% like Yelan, Shenhe, and Shinobu.
Got a tip, when you complete your daily commissions you get Companion EXP from Katheryne, so it helps to switch to a team of low friendship level characters before talking to her, rather than collect the points with a team of maxed-out friendship characters that don't need them.
Make those daily points count for something! Get ALL the namecards!
That's actually a really good tip, thanks for the info!
Uhm, you always do your commissions with your friendship team anyway, its not that hard 🤷🏻♂️ you miss a lot exp if u do it only the waybu said..
Only Colleen and Candace are left for me out of the characters I own and Colleen is over halfway through level 9, hoping that Nahida and Layla are on the same banner so that I can throw them both in my commission team.
if you completed the liyue archon quest placing those characters in the teapot speeds up the process too! i have 25 character namecards already from doing these things 8)
I'm new to the game. What are companionship level for?
Every two days I farm those scarabs. I swear. I never have to struggle again.
why don’t you just join someone’s world in coop and finish it in like an hour or so?
Don't worry, Hoyo will just introduce new things to collect for the next batch of characters and your extra Scarabs will go to waste just like the Thoma mushrooms
Oh wow this was a really nice and well-paced guide! You went way further than "check in" "spend all resin" and "do commissions", which is kinda what I was expecting - thank you for completely exceeding my expectations! :D
New subscriber~
Thank you! I tried to include the information that I thought would be interesting. I've learned more since making this video and I'm actually sad I didn't do a little more research beforehand
Damn this is like the most detailed and comprehensive daily guide to Genshin I've seen! Absolutely love the care you take to pronouncing areas and names properly in respect of their relative cultures as well. Massive kudos!
I'm not sure my pronunciations are the most accurate 😅 but I appreciate the comment
I didn't know about the first one x"D also I love how u pronounce the names correctly and the way u explain is so calm and clear !!
Just doin my best! Thank you :)
An update about the Serenitea Pot: I believe either 3.0 or 3.1, they added a default waypoint (black as opposed to the subspace yellow ones) to the teapot so anyone should be able to waypoint right from the map.
Honestly the best change they could have added tbh. Placing the teapot was tedious
This is some high quality content! Definitely deserved a sub. Keep up the amazing work!
I'll do my best!
@jerardy santiago yeah it would help if I actually uploaded more content. Got a new video in the works though
Actually you forgot Teapot's Character Sets.. When you have the correct amount of furniture for a certain set, that are for characters, you can place the corresponding character in your teapot and it'll go to that set and have some interaction with them. Afterwards you can claim some nice rewards, with 20 Primogems as one of them. This doesn't seem much, but with all characters per certain sets, they do add up together.
New characters will also from time to time get added to sets if not getting complete new sets for the new characters together. Probably also best to make one other point of farming bits of tree woods in the overworld, or just let's say, make a habit ish to get some wood whether you sometimes by-pass a couple of trees.
This is great information for anyone reading, but I excluded this information on how to best utilise the Serenitea Pot beyond use of the Realm Depot as I felt it wasn't super relevant to the idea of doing things "daily". You make a good point about gathering wood though, but again I thought it was relatively insignificant after reaching 20,000 adeptal energy except in the case of gathering for specific furnishings for sets (like you said) or to decorate or simply just to go for the achievements. Also you can keep farming the same group of trees until you have enough wood for a furnishing as you just need to hit 10 trees between each tree in order to reset the counter on the ability to gather wood from it. It's not really a daily necessity as you don't run into a time-gate.
In any case, thanks for your comment and the information!
As he said, that's not in a daily schedule. i dunno why you think it is and typed a paragraph about it.. 😩
I'm an "end-game" player, I was expecting to know everything you're about to say until you mention those NPCs like Draff.
You're very underrated sir.
Well, being an end game player doesn't mean anything' being at end game doesn't mean you ve explored everything and talked to everyone to know that 😂
@@johnd7760 😂
Yeah I didn't know those blacksmith npc's all over the map
Apparently I forgot to align "Number Three" at 01:53 but that's a lesson for proofing next time.
Thank you for the info!♡
I find the Hoyo lab login super helpful for slowly and passively building up books and mora over time. It takes 30 seconds and every small (and free) bit helps!!!
Ty for this! It was actually really helpful and I learned quite a few neat things from this :)

you nailed it, man. very informative. Thanks
for the forging i set up 20 forging things on like saturday or sunday and then grab it when the week resets cause of battle pass
and if i’m feeling super fckin lazy and i already have max condensed resin that’s when i use the magical chunks plus it gives friendship xp
Love the concept, thanks for taking your time to make this for us! I'm subbing!!
Thanks for such a thorough guide:) I found out some things I didn't know before:D
Great vid bro. I thought I already knew most of these. But it looks like there is still more i didn't know..
Thanks for all the tips!
Great video! I love how calm your voice is, how you're straight to the point and you even added timestamps! You gained a new subscriber! 😊 Thank you for your hard work! ❤️
Thank you!
You're watching too many CC like ketone who shout that made you think its normal to shout like b*tch in yt huh 🤦🏻♂️
Knew almost everything except naku weed chest and ore marking npc's. I could feel your dedication and research that you did to make this. This is a topnotch content.. Subbed
Relatable content 10/10 Top Genshin impact tutorial yes mm good.
Mm yes
Good and very nice comment
Thank you for the dopamine
With regards to condensed resin: this is ONLY good if you've already capped your battlepass for the week, do not care about the battlepass, or cannot get any more battlepass advancement from the thing you are farming (in which case you may be better served doing something that WILL advance your battlepass and do the other activity later.)
I'd say the only time Condensed Resin isn't a good use of your resin is if you're opting to do the 20 Ley Lines as a weekly mission as doing that using Condensed Resin will take 800 of your 1260 Original Resin per week, which would leave you short on using Original Resin for Domains.
The Trounce Domains and Dominator of Wolves challenge count towards your 15 Domains per week, so you only have to do 12 after that which is 480 Resin per week if using Condensed. Plus 10 bosses for another 400, plus 90 for your Trounce Domains and you're sitting at 970 resin spent which still leaves you with 290 resin per week (or 150 if we assume people only use 160 resin per day and don't include Transient Resin). Even then, if you do all of your Daily and Weekly BP missions, you would have 11535 BEP which means you can afford to skip a few weekly missions (in this case 1200 Resin and 20 Ley Lines) and still hit the 10000 weekly cap comfortably.
But this is what I mean by "Plan Your Resin", if you know what your goals are for the week then you can spend your resin confidently without worrying too much about whether you'll hit your BP missions.
(Plus the "This BP period" missions are relatively easy to obtain and will net you a comfortable 10 or more levels so you're more than likely going to hit level 50 if you are a daily player.)
This was a longer reply than I was expecting to write, but it gave me a reason to crunch the numbers on BEP gained from missions and how much resin I spend doing them, so thank you!
Useful video! Bravo!
Here's a tip! After using your resin but before doing teapot.
Go to Guyun Stone Forest and collect the 4 Crystal Flies there to replenish the ones you used to make condensed resin. They are hard to catch, so what I do is:
Stand still waiting for them to fly down, catch 1 or 2
Quickly enter and leave my teapot, they will be back near the ground, so you wait and catch the rest. Do this until you got them all / enough.
I have 100 from playing without trying.
Thank you!😊
most of these types of guides repeat all of the same things but now you've presented me with new information. also i just coincidentally ran out of weapon enhancements today which is a first for me so your tips will definitely help
Honestly I'm glad that people are finding this video useful in some way. I know there's probably a bunch of other videos like it out there but I still wanted to give it my personal take.
I’ve kind of gotten bored from doing commissions to the point I don’t even care for the 60 primogems per day. I’ve left them for quite a while but I still don’t want to do it.
Doing the same thing every day gets tedious as hell, I can understand why that might be the case
I knew about Draff for the mining. I didn't know there were more than just him :P
I agree w these comments, you did a really amazing job w the video. Informative, concise, and well edited!! I loved it man. SUB
I am AR 54 and I didn't know the mining trick ... damn thanks
listening to this is so relaxing🥰🤝🏻
Great guide. Theres also 3 weekly commission and 3 weekly bounties that reward player with reputation on each region and grant additional Mora. Completing the battle pass progress is also a great way to collect fate and original resin as well as some other rewards like enchantment ore and book exp and those can be done by doing the daily BP mission, weekly BP mission, and monthly BP mission.
Absolutely there are, but I tried to keep these tips specific to daily, repeatable activities
A very helpful Video thank you for Tips🤗
Thank you for watching!
4:00 What I heard : “Iku had a guy” 😭
Is it just me cuz after every tip he gave, us I logged into Genshin Impact and did it😂😂😂😅😊
Apparently I'm just that persuasive
Liked for the NPCs in each region that reveals additional ore mining. Didn't realize there were so many of them
As a ar53 idk why I thought I would find something new here
New subscriber here ~ Thanks for making this video very helpful indeed !
Thank you very much! Please look forward to my next video releasing very soon
For exploration, you should have mentioned forging a treasure compass for each region to make finding those hidden treasures easier
9:33
He did say use your compass
I do Resins, Comissions and Expedition. Takes about 15 min. Then i press exit.
As for events I do it when 4-5 days are left. Story quests on weekends. Spiral abyss 36* on the first day of reset.
I haven't played genshin in like 2 months or more, I'm way behind everyone and forgot most of what i have to do, glad i found this video.
Glad that I could be of help
I actually never knew the daily check in and it actually worked! Thank you so much man (:
Glad to be of help!
@@VoxiPops((:
This is hands down the best guide
Much appreciated!
Though im a veteran player. I must say this is a superb guide. Great job
Some other things you can do (but obviously do not have to, this is more for the sweats).
Artifact lootruns: You can sometimes get lower leveled artifacts by "investigating" certain locations on the map. These locations are consistent, and they refresh every 24 hours or so. There are a lot of routes that people have uploaded to youtube, and you can make your own. As this mostly gives lower tier artifacts, these artifacts can either be used to upgrade your other artifacts or you can sell them for mora.
I suppose it falls under gathering materials, but a resource that a lot of people run out of late in the game is crystalflies. I have never been anywhere near running out of these because I tend to pick up 3-5 every day without going out of my way. I feel that it's much easier to not have to worry about being able to condense my resin when I have a bunch of crystal cores sitting around.
The easiest places to grab these immediately after teleporting are probably at the Statues of the Seven closest to Windrise and at Dawn Winery.
Incorporating the artifact investigation spots into the next video and crystal cores are rarely an issue for any player that isn't ass-deep in Artifact speedruns but it's a valid point
@@VoxiPops yeah definitely late game artifact grinder issues.
Subbed. Because this is useful, even though I know a lot of these.
I just learned how to pronounce monstadt lol thanks.
About mining - Magical Crystals are useless, so it's better to follow a route with regular crystals that respawn every three days. To spread out the farming you can go to the Chasm on the first day, Liyue on the second, and Inazuma on the third. I haven't mined in a long time, so I don't know what the latest efficient routes are.
About the transformer - If you don't get magical crystals, wheat seems pretty good. You can buy it from the general store and it gives you more talent books.
There are also the daily friendship random events if you are raising a new character. There is a dog-feeding event in Imazuma City where you can feed the dog, restart the game, and repeat 9 more times for the daily limit.
On Mining - I've just recently started farming the Underground of the Chasm to bolster my Crystal Chunk supplies and I concur that Magical Chunks are basically pointless, so this is definitely something I'll be looking into.
About the transformer - I didn't put in a whole bunch of research into the transformer for this video since it's a weekly thing rather than a daily, but I had absolutely no idea that the type of fodder material used actually effected the chances of what you get out of it, that's really good to know!
And absolutely farm those friendship events if it's something you've got time and patience to do. I'm content with the speed at which I progress friendship levels since the only benefit is the achievements and the name cards, the latter of which I'm kinda meh about. Still great advice for completionists and collectors!
I kinda thought farming Timmy's pigeons would have been on the list lol
Ah yes, Colonel Timmy and his free Teyvat Fried Chicken
@@VoxiPops Subbed :D
Thank you for this video. One thing! You forgot to mention killing timy's bird 🐦😂😉
I have a tip for you, regarding to the parametric transformer, you don't need to use crystal ores or character materials for it, after you deploy it and open it there is an option there to use food like tomatoes or potatoes for example which you can easily buy from the food shops at any region, I've been using food for the transformer ever since I've noticed that there is an option to use food with it and I have to say that it's more efficient and cheap than using any type of ores or character materials. In addition don't forget that you can buy all the food needed in one click like 100 potatoes from each shop(for example) and it should reset every day if I'm not mistaken, the loss here is the mora but it's not that expensive since the transformer resets every 7 days.
I have to mention that I was a bit surprised that you didn't show It in the video which is why I'm sending this comment, assuming you didn't know that but yeh besides that the video is great, keep up the good work! :D
The reason I use, and recommend using the Magical Crystal Ore, is because it's a byproduct of doing your daily mining and I have no use for it. I'd rather not spend resin for weapon XP if I can help it, so I throw it in the parametric transformer and make it worth something. You can throw a number of items in there, but after finding myself lacking in carrots after using a few too many in the Parametric and converting them into dye at the Teapot, I stopped using cooking ingredients. Also didnt want to linger too long on the Parametric Transformer as it's a weekly thing rather than a daily thing for pacing reasons 😅
@@VoxiPopsI see your point and it makes sense but when I said food I meant the kind of food you can buy a lot from in the food shops(like tomatoes or potatoes), which you can find in every region mostly close to a waypoint. regarding to the Magical Crystal Ores you mentioned yea i can understand that i would also use them if i farmed them but i don't really need that many weapon exp ores since i have and tbh i'm too lazy to daily farm these crystals anyways so xd that's why i don't used them, another reason of why i came up with my first comment was for the people out there who aren't daily farming crystals like me and as a result they probably don't have many Magical Crystal Ores so they can't use them for the transformer. so the best option for them will be to use food for it like i explained.
@@omerdavshi1728 In which case, absolutely. If you aren't grabbing crystal chunks then 100% drop 15000 Mora on those ingredients and hurl them into the Transformer and cook some ascension material soup.
@@VoxiPops Exactly, i'm sorry for the long comments i wrote i just felt like i had to point that out. besides that though i think your guide is really good, and i'm definitly looking forward for your next videos (x
Absolutely no worries my friend, I'm glad that people are engaging with the video enough to comment and throw in their ideas and opinions!
You little devil, dare to show ONLY the events I have missed... XD
Great guide bro, really well done.
On personal note, I abhore gamerwith as it just does not have enough information and I personally do not remember ever finding it useful... :D
Unfortunately they were the events that were up at the time of recording 😇
Gamewith definitely isn't the be-all and end-all of Genshin resources but I think it's a half decent place to start, especially if you're playing casually. For a more experienced player, it's definitely worth looking a little further to find the information you need.
Thanks for your support 😁
I only use resin, daily commissions, and expeditions most days due to me working most days 10-12 hours, I love the video
Good thing they don't punish you for going at your own pace right?
Thank you for the comment
Me, an AR56 player, checking if I'm doing everything in this video
me currently:
its a blessing if i do my dailies
i havent set up my expiditions
i havent mined in forever
i havent crafted rocks in forever even though o have like 12 mystics on me
idk how to plan my resin so i just do what someone tells me to do
tea pots tedious
i gather material (SOMETIMES)
also me;
*account on fire*
this is fine :)
Im AR 46 why am I just now learning that the blacksmiths with mark mining places for you?! Thank you so much!
Glad to be of help! Since making the video i've done a bit more research and it's probably best to just look up nodes for Crystal / Amethyst chunks and go clear those every couple of days. You get a higher return for less effort. Blacksmith mining is only good if you just want to no-thoughts your dailies before playing the game
the magical chunks can be traded for wood in the teapot as well.
Mhm, I go over how to utilise the teapot more in my new video
If you have the battle pass expeditions count towards the "mine 10 ores" mission so it's worth it to do it for easy BP EXP
You should log off in locations that spawn random world events. The best spot right now is in the Statue of the Seven near Ardravi Valley. Just teleport there and log off. Next day you will get a random world event. I do not really mine ore anymore.
At some point though once you become strong enough the only thing that tends to be worth doing is the stuff that gives primos.
Another great tip! Thank you!
even I've been playing every single day for a year now i still think that im doing something wrong. Thank you for this videoo
If u dont what to do commisions u can explore and get encounter points but u dont get a key if u do this process
Ty just ty
I love your voice bro!
This is very helpful!
I did not know the narrator from Kurzgesagt played Genshin, but I'm happy he does lol
XD
I'll take that as a compliment 😁
@@VoxiPops yes, please do! You both have lovely voices.
as a 58 ar, it really helped me
But first i will have ro do those 30 quests waiting for me to be done...
A Sabotage enemy balloon daily commission lifehack on a mobile: you can hit the balloon all the time without interruption since it takes ages for the enemies and obstacles to spawn :)
Does anybody know how to get the individual rewards for the daily quests? I can’t tell if they’re getting in my system or not I have to go somewhere I’m getting the quest rewards for completing all the quests. I’m just not getting the ones for the individuals as far as I can tell.
Go to Asase Shrine in Serai Island and talk to the Neko there. The quests will respawn daily and you can get 10-30 primogems with little effort.
Thx
It wont let me do hoyolab ( says i need to create character in game?)
Thank you for saying the name Mondstadt correctly :)
Btw: Its a long o, if you understand what I mean, but what you said was much better then what any other UA-camr said :)
You'd think that with a German qualification under my belt, I'd have it perfected by now. Alas. Thanks for the comment!
wish I could actually play genshin daily-
Probably should have mentioned doing artefact and ore routes daily or every 2 days. Artefacts routes in Liyue and Inazuma can get you 70-80k resin free mora every day.
Legitimately didn't know about them when I made the video, but thankfully people in the comments have brought my attention to them. If I make a revised video somewhere down the line, I'll be sure to thoroughly research them
I dunno this Cann you elaborate or share a link to this
@@thumarmitesh6559 Just search online for genshin artefact route. You will find maps or videos showing places where you can pick 1 star and 2 star artefacts that reset daily. You then destroy those for mora and save 3 and 4 stars artefacts to level your good ones.
Pronunciation is top tier
I'm AR 52 and I just now realized I should of used the condensed resin for better rewards 😔
Never a better time to start doin it different than right now!
I already do all these except mining cause i don't wanna spend them on crystals but on creating weapons
If I had gold stars to hand out, I'd give you the first. Definitely craft your weapons and hit that shiny R5 cause some of the weapons are 100% worth it. Just make sure you've also got enough fodder to upgrade them down the line too! It costs 605~ Mystic Enhancement Ore to take a 4* weapon from 1 to 90 and it costs 907 Mystic Enhancement Ore to take a 5* weapon from 1 to 90. You're capped at crafting 300,000 weapon XP per day from ores which means it'll take you a solid month of crafting the max Weapon XP per day to upgrade a 5* weapon to 90
@@VoxiPops Yay i got the first golden star 😎⭐ lol
When I started watching I was planning on playing a different game afterwards. Now, guess I better play Genshin.
Just when you think you've escaped the icy clutches of Genshin, it drags you right back
3:35 there are extra NPCs that mark mining areas???
daily artifact farming that u forget
I wasn't even aware of it when I made the video 😅 But other people have since corrected my mistake. Thanks for pointing it out!
artifacts farming gives you +100k a day, there are routes that takes 15-20 min, so is worth.
I wasn't aware that there were dedicated "Investigate" spot farming routes that were this efficient. Thanks for the info!
it always take me more than that from mobile, at least the liyue routes. Inazuma doesn't have time efficient routes iirc
You should do more videos like this, your really good at this informative stuff. I really like your voice too it'll be nice to hear like a lore story or something from you!
I'm workin on another!
Hopefully this helps everyone thats burnout :)
Honestly, even this thorough daily schedule can cause burnout' like, i was doing the artifact farming in the past along with mining, but eventually got tired of it..
At ar 25 first fight every boss you can with lvl50(that's max for any char at ar25) because usually enemies are of lvl30-33 or something which makes it easier to farm tho you cannot get too good of artifacts
New subb :D
Smug yanfei spotted
Culture confirmed
I just realise we can do 20h expeditions!
2:16 at least not anymore 😭 If my memory doesn't fail me this wasn't always the case
According to the Change History on the wiki, Characters have been able to be used while they do expeditions since 1.1, but I don't know for sure. I've only been playing since May this year 😅
@@VoxiPops I don't remember when it changed just that you should decide wisely who to send and who to keep so you can play 😭
@@eupi2798 I'm glad they made the change before I started playing then 😂
Feeding snow foxes?? - I am almost AR59.
I have no clue about it !!
I burned out myself make me believe that i have to log in everyday and do my daily and burn all of my resin, i would do that everyday after coming home back from work and it felt like a second shift and wasn't having fun at all. I took 2 months break from the game and now i am playing for 6 months straight without feeling the need to log in daily for dailies or burn my resin, sometimes i do random stuff instead of dailies and stuff and have more fun like that than i ever had with genshin. Don't burn out yourselfs make them believe you have to log in daily and do dailies and stuff, enjoy the game at your own pace
I 100% support not treating the game as a second job and understanding when you should take breaks. You absolutely should go at your own pace and do what you can and when you want. Unfortunately the nature of the UA-cam beast means that I have to use these kinds of impetus-provoking titles to get people watching. I hope that you are enjoying the game much more now and you're having a wonderful day 😁
I have Saryu so I use her passive to get animals and butterfly crystals. At 112 atm on those. Took a day to farm plants, then another day to do ores, then another on weapon and Ascension materials, and talents according to the week. The mora issue is no joke. That and writs for XP. I have 16 that I'm leveling. Raiden and Rosaria are my DPS, the rest are only hitting 60, and some hit 70. And level later on according to the situation.
Sounds like you got everything all figured out! Keep it up!
