Hey, guys! 🌟 Our time in Kuala Lumpur was nothing short of amazing, thanks to our stay at the luxurious Lanson Place. Picture this: a fully-serviced 3-bedroom apartment in downtown KL with top-notch amenities and a beautiful pool. A dream! lansonplace.com/bukitceylon/
While Angelique and Chloe hit the books, the rest of us ventured into the popular Bukit Bintang Jalan Alor district. Surprisingly calm for downtown KL, it didn't dampen our foodie spirit. Ramly Burgers stole the show-tasty with a kick and a mere $3 for 3 burgers. What a steal!
After indulging in Pad Thai and powering through some lessons, we took a refreshing dip in the Lanson Place pool. 🏊‍♂️
Returning to Bukit Bintang at night was a game-changer. The bustling area transformed, lined with food stalls offering everything from frogs to delectable desserts. Dinner under the night sky, with mouthwatering curries, sealed the deal-Malaysian street food: a solid 10 out of 10!
The next morning, we had a delightful breakfast with a view of Kuala Lumpur. 😍 Fully satisfied, we headed to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers for an impressive skyline panorama.
Our adventure continued at the Perdana Botanical Garden, immersing ourselves in nature's beauty, followed by a quick tour of the National Museum.
As night fell, we witnessed the dazzling KLCC Lake Symphony Light & Sound Fountain, basking in the mesmerizing views of the Petronas Towers. 🌃

Wow, what a small world! I am currently in KL too, in the same area. I had Thai food from the same place last night at the Jalan Alor food market. This is the best area to stay as you can walk to many attractions. Grab is only a few dollars to get to the more distant places. Have a great day, and enjoy your trip.

You should've ordered the Ramly burger special. "Special" is usually the option where they wrap the patty with egg. The one u got is just the normal (aka. simple) version of the Ramly burger.

The long nail are originated from the Royalty or wealthy Chinese which in the old day shows off they are so rich that they doesn't have to do any labor intensive work..
Even tho Malay have royalty but the long nail are not from Malay or Muslim influence because it is essential for a Muslim to take care of their hygiene and appearance.
Typically... Sorry for saying this.. if my word offended anyone's.. if someone have theirs little finger or pinky with a long nail.. definitely what came out from my mind is they used it to pick their nose..

@GrowingUpWithoutBorders My recommendation, try the smash burger at Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) night market, they use homemade meat patties. Price wise, it's a bit more around RM15, but well worth it IMO.
Another burger stall is in SS17 Subang Jaya called Seventythirty. These are street food gourmet burgers, very tasty but a little bit away from KL City center. We local KL folks shunned the city center cause its just one big tourist trap, the best and cheaper eating places are away from the city center. Places like Petaling Jaya, Cheras has good night markets with a good variety worth checking out
