Maybe I'm wrong about self-improvement

    No brother, I've been trying to improve my life for a long time now, and there is a massive difference in almost every part of my life. I have blown past many of my peers in multiple areas. However, you'll always doubt it a bit until you actually notice such effects for yourself which is why starting with the gym is so powerful. Be consistent in the gym for 3-6 with an OK diet and you'll see a massive difference in yourself physically and mentally. There's this common idea that you would be able to pick up all these positive habits all at once is for most people impossible and you should start with 1-2 to actually prove the concept to yourself so you believe it fully before you commit. Keep going brother and you'll have the life you dream of.

      I know, sometimes we all just feel bad and unmotivated to do anything but we shouldn't give up. Thanks for the comment.
