I think Ryan learned alot from the Tank fight as far as pacing himself instead of rushing and sticking to the game plan.
These new gen fighters are something else. They can't make weight so they announce a new weight division, but then don't have enough discipline to make their NEW weight..so we now have a catchweight fight! Garcia is now officially a Welterweight!

Most fighters are drained after "making" the weight. Ryan missed it badly, he wasn't drained. Had time to mingle
