Oscar is hoping Ryan loses to teach him a lesson. It’s crazy when your own promoter wants your downfall
He has to promote both fighters. In the end its up to you to show out and win not your promoter, if Ryan is as good as he claims to be he will take the W and that'll be that. I dont think Oscar believes Ryan is all time fighter material, especially after how he treated the Davis fight, he was too confident and was focusing more on the clout than working on his skills. Ryan said he moved out of L.A for that reason so thats a big step forward mentality wise however, if he hasnt worked on the flaws that Tank exposed last fight then there is a slim chance he wins. If Ryan loses this fight at the weight hes comfortable fighting in then he doesnt deserve the Haney, Shakur or Teo fight.
