    I used to only get a few hours of sleep because I simply just couldn't fall asleep. It would cause me to get migraines all day. My friend recommended to listen to relaxing music. At first, I didn't really believe that it would work. But on the first night that I tried it, I got the first good night sleep I had in over a year! Thanks for all u do!

    Been listening at work. Feels like my heart woke up from a horrible winter. In many ways it has - yet there are even thorns in the Spring. Very bittersweet. Love it.

    This is in my playlist for tonight. Ur guided meditations has helped me sleep & let things go. Wasn't long b4 I was feeling free, lucky & thankful. Met my guides, we r never alone. My main guide is so battle scarred but still strong & willing. Protection field when fears pop up is most useful & pays off well. Amazing stuff. Thanks team.

    Wow, I just had a major break-through in my creative work - I attribute a decent part of it to the calm state of mind which this track playing in the background helped me get into (and remain in inspite of all of InDesigns attempts to ruffle me ;)).

    Thank you so much. I have been listening your music and it really helps me be calm and not so frazzled and stressed with things like taking care of my baby sister cleaning the kitchen the living room the play room the bathroom and it has really helped me sleep thanks ♥

    Someone help me I have tried everything I can to help me sleep nothing is working help anyone I need rest in only 13 and my sleeping schedule is all over the place :( I just won't to sleep

      Matthew Sheehan You can get 'overtired' when your sleep pattern is disrupted. You might want to set a decent time to go to bed whether you're tired or not, and whether you sleep or not. Don't take anything with caffeine in it. First concentrate on relaxing -- just relaxing.

      ^ yes and also try to use your bed ONLY for sleeping--no studying, no texting, no watching TV, nothing but sleeping. soon enough it will work. then, even if you sit on your bed for a minute to do something like take off your socks or just to sit, you'll find yourself wanting to go right to sleep.

      try 1.5 mg of melatonin. it's a hormone which tells your body it's time for sleep. i've been there kid. pray. clear your mind. do what's right in life and you'll find it's easier in your head

      Hi Matthew you are young. Try not to think of anything you done in the day. Let go of all negative thoughts and have a hot milk before bed if you like. No sugary drinks before bed and no thinking just let go and close your eyes. good luck.
