My husband of 2 years had a major stroke and I took care of him in a medical bed for 17 years in our living room until he passed and then I took care of my mother for 4 more years. i’ve written comments about this video before, but from the bottom of my heart, thank you. i used to live with my grandmother, who was suddenly diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. it took her in 6 weeks. i used to listen to this every night, to take away the stress of all i was dealing with as a ten year old boy. i’m sixteen now. and i still come back to this video to remember her. thank you for once again. blessing my ears.

I recently quit drugs , haven't had a good sleep in a week....i admit it , still not sleeping right , but the power that this music have , takes my problems away , feeling like it charges(like a battery) me. You guys have shown me the real beauty of life :) ... i now have no interest returning to drugs. You helpped a lost soul to find his path again ,not yet there , but now i have the perfect wepon in finding it , all my positive energy to you peaceful souls! I have suicidal thoughts everytime I take a bath. I spent all my nights inside of it thinking bad of myself. But playing this during my bath times reduced my anxiety. It relaxes me when I take a bath and actually makes me sleep. Thanks a lot. I am better now. I have a job, a cat and surrounded by people who loves me. This saved me. Thank you so much 😄

Thank! Really called my attention how many beautiful and honest advice it's here. I learned very young life is beautiful but its not a bouquet of flowers. Neither a cup of vinaigrette every day. My father passed away for cancer at 42 yrs old. After my graduation I was invited here to United States of America. I married The Embassor of Peru. My 1st son rest in piece just starting his life. That is a pain don't compare with NOTHING in this life. My late husband RIP. And now again due my children's live everyone in different states and that was my idea 1st. For they may learn make their own life. And I can visit them for the holidays. Now I learned appreciate Mother Nature and love the sound of the rain. Many times like today I can't fold sleep but I discovered this relaxing music with a water background. Thanks to God! Do your best in life. NEVER accept NOBODY insult you, for Anything. Learn to respect, care and COMUNICATION its key to success in your life. NEVER feel old to get a degree. Trust in God and you will be successful 🙏 in life.

I'm listening to this now, October 2019. My life has always been a struggle and I have tried to commit suicide twice. Today has been a difficult struggle my mental and emotional state is broken making my body ache. Everyday I wakeup making myself get out of bed praying for a good day. Sometimes every second can seem like a lifetime when depression has a hold of you. I to have scars of past abuse and those I can live with it's the emotional ones that tend to linger forever. I have ptsd, anxiety and depression. Raising my children while dealing with this was a heavy and long road. now they are grown families of their own and I'm alone. I will not give up even in my darkest hour. I have always listened to meditation music and thunderstorms, but tonight setting in my dark room I came upon this video. Thank you for making it, sometimes just one thing can make a dark moment seem like everything is going to be okay.

10 years ago, in high school, I had a nervous breakdown which resulted in a lot of anxiety, especially at night. I found this video and it was one of a few that were instrumental in grounding me and bringing me calm. I still come back to it after all this time, and it’s not only soothing but reminds me of all I’ve overcome. Thank you Honest Guys for everything you've done all these years, but especially this. ☺️

We all feel bad sometimes and the important thing to remember is there are lots of people who have been through or are going through the same as you. Been going through a rough patch these past couple of weeks. I’ve had anxiety for 2 years and 2018 was great to me, but the last couple weeks were tough for me and they still are. To know that people can relate to one another lifts so much weight off my heart. Slowly and surely I’m picking myself back up. I know that for every obstacle in my life there’s always something better on the other side. I pray, and hope that each and everyone of you get well soon. I love you all ❤️
