After creating the document for the directors, the next step is to obtain their signatures using our e-signature solution, T-Sign.
You can search for any individual from our global contacts synchronised with Bizfile.
You can position the signature tool on the PDF document and send it via email to the recipient.
Upon receipt of the e-signature request email, the recipient can sign the document at any time, 24/7.
The signed PDF document will be protected using the most secure method, utilizing PKI signatures.
Once all participants have signed the document, it will be automatically saved in our cloud file solution, T-Drive.
A certificate of signature audit history is also provided.
