One comment I would make is if you try to keep size if ingredients more or less equal it will help you get meat cocked before veggies will get burned ( veggies get cooked faster than meat) on hanging parts and leave tiny space between meat and veggies so the heat will work all around the meat. But I am proud of the job you have done.

But the cost of them got me looking for deals. Few months ago I got 9 boxes. So I had 900 gloves. I wanted 10 boxes but the 10th box changed the entire price. So had to deal with 900 gloves vs 1000

I think this demonstrator should get some sharp knives. As with a lot of you tube cooks their knives are not so good. That meat should have cut with one slice of the knife.

You know washing meat is not recommended. Any bacteria on the meat will be eliminated during the high temperature cooking
You beat me to that comment. Pretty fresh beef by the look of it's colour. Aged is a fair bit darker and also more tender.
