Good job ! One comment I would make is if you try to keep size if ingredients more or less equal it will help you get meat cocked before veggies will get burned ( veggies get cooked faster than meat) on hanging parts and leave tiny space between meat and veggies so the heat will work all around the meat. But I am proud of the job you have done.

Now just don’t use any kind of beef, cause beef like chuck or braising meats need longer cooking times and don’t work for kabobs. Use steak grade meats like sirloin, ribeye, or Tri-tip and my “go-to” kabob meat, TOP SIRLOIN. Also, don’t put the meat so close together like she did cause it makes it tough. I suggest making a marinade for the meat cause you can baste the kabobs as they cook and they won’t be so dry. I love her attitude.

I would have like to have seen the chopping in action; good portion was blocked of most ingredients.
I'm laughing typing this as well, "practice your words!"
However, your excited voice kept me interested and was very pleased with ending results.
What do you think about separating vegetable and protein while marinating in different seasonings?

totally trim silver skin off the meat, it will help a dull knife cut better, and it will keep the meat from being chewy …. rest of video looked great, but part of the beef is gonna be tough and stringy

Get yourself a chef knife . This knife is to small.
Hey, harbor freight has nitril gloves 8.99 for a box of 100 this weekend. They are blue though. Not the sexy black ones we normally use. But the cost of them got me looking for deals. Few months ago I got 9 boxes. So I had 900 gloves. I wanted 10 boxes but the 10th box changed the entire price. So had to deal with 900 gloves vs 1000
