So on the cleaning solution tank, one side has markings for adding water, and the multi surface concentrate. The other side has one marking for Disinfectant. Where do i buy the disinfectant for it? I tried using mine tonight after having for about 2 weeks and it doesn't work. It says that I don't have solution in it which it does have cleaning solution and water to proper lines. You have to make sure that the dirty water reservoir is completely you do have to make sure you empty out the dirty water container then then make sure you have at least half a tank of clean solution In the clean part for it to do its 2 minute job don't know when it's done it'll do it for about 2 minutes

Very disappointing, we just got this and its broken straight out the box. Says the water tank is full and its completely empty and its never been used. And it was disappointing that the verbiage on the packaging and everything was misleading, "3 in 1" implies to me and a lot of other people apparently, that it has a separate vacuum only function. I would like to exchange it but idk because seeing other people have the same issues make me feel like it may be a waste of time and i should go with a different model.
I just threw mine away the other day. Leaked water everywhere a second time. Emptying the water tank is a pain trying to pull hair out, and runs out of solution after going through the kitchen and bathroom once. Sometimes, too much water comes out, and sometimes, not enough. Vacuum mop will not continue if space is too tight and you have to lift the handle up such as in between toilet corners. Only used this for less than a year. Piece of junk. Also front cover cracks easily.

The Hydrovac Multi Surface Cleaning Solution is specifically designed for this system to optimize cleaning performance. How can one run this in dry mode without watering? I really like dry rolling first then do wet on some trouble spots.

If you're still seeing a flashing light, please turn off the power then remove the dirty water tank, remove the solids separator and clean completely. Please manually dry the parts, then reinstall dirty water tank.

I just assembled mine and it says the solution tank is empty and cuts off after 10 seconds.

This is a scam, smh. Your box says it’s 3 in 1 but it’s not. I can’t use this as a regular vacuum. I spent $300 on this just to learn I can’t even use it for what I originally thought I was buying it for. I want my money back!

Just Wow! Brand new, out-of-the-box, and completely charged, --> the unit will not turn on!!!! $300.00 for a box that was opened upon delivery and the product does not even power on. I'll bet Walmart sold me a broken, returned product as brand new.
