In this video I share with you the process of making a throw pillow from scratch. Started from making the pillow insert to the making of the actual pillow cover and putting both together. I’ll advice you buy fibre or buy a ready made filling if you want. Depends on the quality of fibre you get! Get good fibre and the shrinkage should be minimal 😁

How do you do one with slippers i have an old pair of slipper that's collecters that's worn out I'd like to make into a pillow like a family member did with some childhood slippers but I'm trying to find out how but no how to videos on how! But nice video!

I wouldn’t advice that as it won’t have the same feel and effect. Pieces of foam is even better than cloths 🤎🙏🏾

Good morning ma, Thank you so much for sharing this knowledge. I really appreciate you but please ma, how many yards of fabric for this size of throw pillows can be used and also how many quantity of fibre for 1 throw pillows.
Unfortunately I can’t specify the quantity but 1 kg should do 2-3 throw pillows depending on fluffiness. 1 yard can make 2 medium throw pillows. The sizes vary ❤️🙏🏾
Please ma'am how would you advise I charge for the Pillowcases if i use satin to make them?
Oh that’s a difficult one; I’ll say factor in the entire cost of production (including the sewing thread, Labour etc). Then also factor in your brand…. What do I mean? if your brand is positioned and perceived as a luxury brand, you can get away with charging for luxury. It’s all about getting your brand positioning right.

Hello! You can use cotton if you like. I normally stick to cotton or muslin.
