@@multiguy762000 well, I would love to. But the best I have done so far is 22.37min which is not even considered decent, let alone competitive timing. But I know many in my neighbourhood who can do it fairly 'easily' as they all compete in various races and aim for sub-16.
Nah no cap privacy is good at times and actually u right for long distance runners it’s probably better but for us sprinters sometimes people can give an extra push to do better and work harder that’s why I love my team

I love “EPO.” Galen needs to make himself more available to the media so that his public can get to know him a little bit and that people like me stop making dumb EPO comments. Galen is actually a beast and has been since high school. Remember when he used to run with that Covid-19 mask back in the day because of his allergies?
Incredible workout. Rupp was at peak fitness that year, track-wise. But NOP athletes frequently took two or three recovery days before a hard/fast race. Many track athletes have two workouts and then the race. So it would be riskier for them to do a post-race workout. Since Galen and his NOP teammates only did one workout before the race, it makes sense that he has the energy to do workouts like these after the race. He still works very hard and it’s still impressive. But it’s not like they did two hard workouts, then a hard race on Friday/Saturday, then this post-race workout. Even Salazar isn’t that insane.
