- Tanya Jennings is a UA-camr who is promoting an illegal Ponzi Scheme to her followers so I decided to present her a contract to sign.
This contract will remove her liability from legal recourse if she can prove CashFx is not an illegal Ponzi Scheme, while also making her aware of the possibilities that it is one.

It pains me to say that Australia has an overwhelming amount of these scams. Like you have no idea how many of these people get away with it here.
You don't need to be financially literate to be a software developer, in fact a lot of the devs I know lack common sense because highly technical jobs like that require a lot of specialist information that takes a lot of effort to maintain.

You don't but you should. I've done pentesting successfully for over 20 years and made about 4k in a month reporting bugs to google as a hobby.
CFX says they are struggling with payments because support is backlogged by everyone requesting for payouts when customers know things are processing slow. They keep telling people to remain calm and let support catch up and get work done. Honestly surprised that the bitcoin crash hasnt ended the whole thing.

I don't know when I became a super fan but I love when these videos hit. The desire to get "everything I want for free easily" is so endemic because of social media. Not to say it didn't always exist BUT just so easy to scam now at scale.
I saw a lady say she worked for FBI or CIA ... something like that who lost like 100,000 in a romance scam and I just couldn't get my head around it

I don't think people fall for this as much as they just don't care if others get hurt to benefit themselves. Hard to feel bad for these people, but it's even harder to not feel something when it all comes crashing down...
it does seem like a lot more people are falling from scams not from desperation or ignorance but because they're sold on the idea that even if it _was_ a scam, they _could_ be part of the people running off with a nice margin.
Just about EVERY SINGLE ad on UA-cam I'm bombarded with is a variation of this 'passive income' BS. Why doesn't YT get a conscience and ban these obvious fraudsters, rather than just taking their advertising money and closing their eyes?
