Landscape will for sure be better. But I think that a lot of people here also would like to see the result after the 2nd and 3rd dip that the bondo etc comes off 😁
That’s some really wonderful news. I’m really looking forward to seeing the videos in landscape format. Someone really had a butchers touch when they patched up that poor little mustang. Hopefully better times are ahead for this little guy. 🥰❤️😍
This is a gem. Not knowing when to let something go is a weakness for me. So looking the rear quarters, would those typically be replaced at this time or would “rust panels” be acceptable? I don’t know what degree of restoration they have planned. Thanks, see you soon.
"I was wondering how you flush out the hidden areas, such as rockers, door hinge reinforcement areas, etc after each dip. If I could be sure of getting all the chemicals out of these areas and others, such as the pinch welds, I would love to try this on my next build."
Hey just out of curiosity, besides pressure washing labor and dipping, what all goes into dipping a car? Its about $2500 at the place here on the west coast. Just curious what all goes into that price.
I really recommend hand-held gimble grips for smart phone/GoPro users. They are super comfortable in the hand and have the added benefit of smoothing out the weeble-wobbles. Really enoy your style of content and presentation though. Keep it up 🤙
Would be nice to have the same car model compared, one from California or Texas vs another one from Michigan or Minnesota to understand how the weather affects the way a car is aging.
I love watching you're videos. What's you're company charge to acid dip certain items. I imagine cars range in price..and smaller items would be a different price. If you could share that with me it would be much appreciated. Thank you
Do you ever leave a vehicle in for an extra day because you know the paint or body filler will be stubborn? Or would leaving it in longer compromise the metal? Also, while I gotcha here, can you make more videos? Stripping and pressure washing is way too satisfying.
Can you address the cost of dipping a car, please? I know not all of them are the same, but as an average. Thank you. Nice hat, by the way. My favorite presses and dies.
FYI. If a person is watching a video on a phone vertical, they can't see a problem with recording a video holding a phone vertically. But, if a person is watching a video on a computer or TV, vertical recording puts large blackness of nothing on both sides of the screen resulting in poor video quality. When recording videos with a phone, the phone should ALWAYS be held horizontally. By now, I thought everyone knew this already.
I allways wish that my mustang isnt in such a "bad" shape... but i kind of know that it is probably worse and iam to scared to do a complete restoration
They are not called Rust tangs for nothing, A close friend just restored his mothers 65 mustang, as a Present for her Birthday, 1 year, all frame rails needed replaced, floor pans in front trunk pans, I painted Car came out Brand New, 85 birthday
I guess your videos are aimed at people watching on a phone, watching on a monitor is a bit like watching through a keyhole. It's be great if the video was in landscape and not portrait.
I should have elaborated. I still want to post the videos on the other platforms. I have to keep everything completely centered during filming in landscape for it to transfer over to vertical platforms. If I only do landscape and I don’t get everything perfectly centered I’m cutting out two other sources of income. I don’t make a lot on any of the platforms so have 3 to post to makes it a little better

This is so good , I watch all of these everytime they are uploaded as it amazes me how clean and how different each one comes out.
❤️Thanks for going horizontal! ❤️
I would like to have at least seen the pressure wash after the second dip. I like you videos, I think you do a great job. 🙂
Landscape perfect.
Maybe to see the second dip would great as well. U and your shop is great.
Thumbs up for landscape. Bring back the go pto
Yeah, I can’t stop watching your vids! Lot of fun seeing the layers and years of bad decisions being revealed.
Great job, those floors look in excellent shape.
Love your videos actually VERY relaxing for some reason
Thank You for the video! That mustang came out better than I thought it would! 👍
Awesome videos! If you filmed horizontally it would really fill up the screen much better. Keep up the great work!
Don’t know why I’m addicted to your channel but I am beautiful job gentlemen
I love when they come out of the green tank...
I'm looking forward to having a few dipped
I really enjoy watching you videos.
I wanted to see the second paint dip. I can’t get enough.
Lol Roger rabbit on dip tank, well played my friend that’s awesome 👌
Amazing quarters still intact and battery box.
Wow that’s really good job of stripping off all the paint and body filler! Cool 😎

That rot area in the engine compartment is where the battery sits. My 68 FB had the same problem.
LOL bless you as you shoot landscape! You need to get a good GoPro I think you would really attract more viewers. Your vids are super fun to watch!

Looks pretty good with the exception of the battery box area. Should finish nicely.

What do you have to do wit the waste water? I'd love to see the recovery set up.
Awesome work🔥💪🏽
Do you have any pictures or videos of cars after they were put back together and painted? I would love to see the mustang after it's done.
Would be nice to have the same car model compared, one from California or Texas vs another one from Michigan or Minnesota to understand how the weather affects the way a car is aging.
I still have and use my RCBS Rockchucker I bought brand new in 1981. My first cartridge I reloaded was 30-30, I was 16 😁
I love watching you're videos. What's you're company charge to acid dip certain items. I imagine cars range in price..and smaller items would be a different price. If you could share that with me it would be much appreciated. Thank you
Thanks for the new video. Why are the doors left on? Most cars are dissembled I noticed.
Is the "steam" coming off because the fluid in the tank is hot or is it just chemical fumes?
Great video my friend, question do you have to replace the ropes holding the car after each dip 😊
a 1968 Rustang is in amazing shape for its age.
Perhaps you've already answered this question, but could you tell me what those ropes are made of?
How hot is the alkaline tank. It seems to be quite steamy.
Love the vids 👍
Do you make pretty good money dipping vehicles?
Just wondering what does it cost to have a car done like this I have a 1967 Ford Fairlane gt im looking to get done
is there any reason the camera is not turned to the horizontal ? otherwise cool video !
Do you ever leave a vehicle in for an extra day because you know the paint or body filler will be stubborn? Or would leaving it in longer compromise the metal? Also, while I gotcha here, can you make more videos? Stripping and pressure washing is way too satisfying.
I would love to see this cars restoration done . Will you be posting this?
This striping is as satisfying to watch as a metal shredders crushing metal into to pieces. Could watch it all day. Lol.
Love the old school butcher patches. 😂.
Fantastic
Man the big skeeters come out every time you get that pressure washer out.
What keeps the car from rusting once cleaned up? Do you all treat metal ?
Отличная работа.👍👍👍
What’s the cost in dipping a car and how long does the car stay with you
What the cost of something like this?
What about the underbody? Do you do that and not show it?
Where are you located I have a 69 El Camino I’ve been considering having dipped
I don't think that's factory. Hilarious!
Yeah Ford's better idea, use the gas tank for the floor of the trunk. Kinda like using land mines for shoe liners
You should caption at the top how long each soak is.
Bro. What precautions do you take to safeguard your health and safety, considering you are around some nasty chemicals?
"common sense", ever heard of it "bro"?? lol
How much does it cost to dip a Ford mustard 73. What city you at
Can you address the cost of dipping a car, please? I know not all of them are the same, but as an average. Thank you.
Nice hat, by the way. My favorite presses and dies.
I've got a 68 fastback at the farm, that was in a flood 30 years ago, we could dip that and it would disappear. Lol
How do you roll the car over to wash the bottom?
We have a scaffolding rig that it goes on
Wow this is fun

I'm in the Kansas City area where can I get a 52 Ford dipped
Where is your shop located?
What does it cost to have a car dip like this
How dangerous are those tanks to be around? I"m surprised you're not wearing a breather.
Thanks for the idol brain time before bed. I can sleep better now.
I allways wish that my mustang isnt in such a "bad" shape... but i kind of know that it is probably worse and iam to scared to do a complete restoration
If I had a car for you to dip it would be a 1983 Pontiac trans am with T-tops
They are not called Rust tangs for nothing, A close friend just restored his mothers 65 mustang, as a Present for her Birthday, 1 year, all frame rails needed replaced, floor pans in front trunk pans, I painted Car came out Brand New, 85 birthday
Looks like a Shelby roll bar in there
Idk,
that paint looked pretty good to me
Where are you located at
My OCD loves these videos... I missed my calling in life to be a chemical stripper...
Im more excited to see what happened to those homedepot screws 😂
Barring the Shoddy metal work it is admittedly in good shape. That being said now I know why they call them Ruststangs
Dont fool yourself. Camaros and Chevelles are also rust buckets.
time to turn the camera.
Wonder how many times all he gets back is just rope? Lol
That would take me 10 years to patch up
I guess your videos are aimed at people watching on a phone, watching on a monitor is a bit like watching through a keyhole. It's be great if the video was in landscape and not portrait.
My upcoming videos will be in landscape. This was a hopper of old videos I had built up that I posted on the other platforms that are vertical
You're doing amazing job 👍👍🙂
Can we watch the underside??
You can tell what car it is just by to cure of the roof
The 250s looked like the 450s in this one.
Please make the videos landscape
Give us the Links to the Guys who are the Restaurators. That what u show is only an "miniminimini" Step to the driving car
Is like looking at someone naked there is no hiding anything after the dip
Mustangs usually do have a lot of rot
That tank not a acid tank if so you man would melt
Thats a Fastback.
Please make a video in a normal format. )
Watch on your phone
@@jeebusk I'm sorry that I came out of a binge with her, I couldn't answer, it's nice that you answered me
This is a normal format, just not one you like. Not my preferred either but the quality was good and was enjoyable
I will do that powerwashing for free. Cheaper than Therapy.
That looks like electroplating.
This car has very little structural integrity
The quarter panel repair is about the worst Cobb job I've ever seen there are some very very stupid people in this business
Harder? Just turn the phone sideways brah 🤔
