Why do you both always underestimate Nissan Cars ?? I think Nissan Cars build quality & ride quality are far better than maruti suzuki. It's not like 'TIN KA DABBA' like marutu suzuki.

I think that nissan kicks is one of the most underrated car in india, it delivers the beast suspension in its segment, i guess better than creta and seltos, and best highway stability, and its latest bs6 turbo petrol engine is also shared by Mercedes c class ie best petrol engine in this price suv segment,very few brands tell us about the ride quality of the car, every car brand focused on features, and kicks is the car which promises best ride quality and stability (ie the basic thing that a car should deliver)

Indian Version is quite different from international version, it’s based on low cost platform with loads of ergonomic issues. Please check out Kicks of US . We will just Love it But unfortunately India has this one fitted with left over parts of Renault duster n other cars.
Indian kicks is basically a duster with different design. So its not of very quality.
Global kicks is based on Renault Clio platform. So thats a way better and safer product than Indian kicks.
Mere pass kicks turbo petrol hai....I have driven it for around 5k kms...and the ride is super....lag ka issue turbo petrol mein nahi hai and yes 2nd gear mein stall hoti hai car. ...one thing for sure is that kicks is a driver's car...you will simply love the ride and handling.....true it doesn't have fancy features and has ergonomic issues as compared to rivals but then it is about 2.5 lakhs cheaper then turbo rivals...All in all if you want to buy a car for the love of driving go for kicks and if you want to play it safe with a comfortable, feature packed family car then there are korean rivals

Nissan will not exit India..!! They're infact opening new service centres in Mumbai. Their quality is good, features are good, drives smooth n ofcourse looks..!! Go for it..!!

Sir, there’s a concept behind Nissan-Renault audio button placements. They are placed under the steering stalk so that, these buttons are always fixed and there position doesn’t changes which happens with steering when you are driving and the button position changes with the same. It is not important that whether it is a logical placement or not but just a point that they had with this kind of placement.
Actually it is very convenient to use once we're used to it

Kicks and captur were only good if getting huge discounts, a friend of mine got captur top model with around 3.5 lakh discount during bs4 end so he got pretty good deal basically in price of a c-suv
Once you get used to the audio controls under the steering it's much better than the "on the steering ones".
It is more comfortable as it remains fixed when the steering is moving and you know where it is.

Nissan has some great products , I bought it 2nd hand at 49k @2:70lkh. Already 80k done such a smooth engine great stability at high speed mileage 17 in city 21,22 in highway .

3 cylinder turbo or 4 cylinder natural aspirated.
4. Which engine more vibrate.
3 cylinder turbo or 4 cylinder natural aspirated
5. Which engine deliver smooth power over wider range of rpm
3 cylinder or 4 cylinder.
After answering it please suggest:
Go for 3 cylinder turbo car or 4 cylinder natural aspirated car

You should drive this cars for sometime like a week or a month continuously u will never shift to stearing mount control and hate it

I do not understand why Nissan Kicks looked down upon by these so called reviewers.. Unfortunately, even Nissan does not market or publicize this car well though it is really value for money and bigger than all SUVs in this segment...taller, wider and longer...than Creta and Seltos...I have bought NIssan Kicks Petrol in July and driven 3500 kms so far...Its sturdy, very comfortable, with good suspension, value for money, very good build quality and one of the best looking SUVs...People go for resale value...but when you pay 3 lakh more while buying and you get that same money back after 5 years while selling, its not worth in my view...Only minus point is that this car is a bit sluggish and doesn't give you the best mileage..
The only reason why kicks didn't sell is that they launched it in 2019 when everyone was waiting for BS6 cars.
Otherwise in 10.5 lakh on road a diesel SUV bigger than creta and all features.
Mileage is 18+
People are paying 9-10 lakhs for tiny cars with CNG with no safety.
Cash discount aur jyada mil sakta tha bhai ne thik se negotiate nahi kiya.

I live in Delhi, I have Micra CVT on which I have done 70k kms and owned Micra diesel before on which I did 1.6Lac kms. Never had any issue.
I don't know why you guys are unnecessary creating panic about the brand. Somehow not speaking positively even on good things.
Because of Nissan's reputation about it's service, it's low sales and number of showrooms they are scared that Nissan might leave India any time. That's the reason why Maruti is most selling.

Kicks is a good looking Car with excellent Ride Comfort.
You are right 1.5 Diesal does have turbo lag & alongwith long traveling springy clutch pedal really makes it difficult to drive in City stop-start traffic. On my test-drive my engine stopped twice because of both the above. Adjusting to Ergonomics (placement of switches) also was a problem too while driving.
Found the Rear Seats overall comforts less than Creata especially legroom, lower bottom seat height & poor Ingress-Egress.
Its also a risk investing in Kicks as chances are it may get discontinued because of very poor sales no. like Captur from India.
As Kicks Sales is just under 100-150 units per month against 18,000+ Sales no. of Creata & Seltos. Kicks May not survive for long time in India.

Infotainment daylight me dikhai nai de rha. Aapne swipe kiya toh nazar nai aaya.
Aur engine ke baare me bataye ki life kaisi rahegi. I think K9 series diesel engine hai shayad toh mere khayaal se ye bahut acha engine. Is wale me turbo lag hai but Renault ki Logan me bilkul bhi turbo lag nai hota tha.

My car is just 40000 driven in last 5 years and tyres are completely gone, it makes sound while turning left and right. It make noise, AC doesn't work properly. They are asking for 50,000 within warranty period
I am using 11 year old Nissan Micra (i bought second hand) , and i am glad that i went for Nissan . Its damn powerful and reliable car .

I follow your channel for cars review but this time i felt you guys were little prejudice towards more of it's cons side in the beginning. You were trying to make fun of the owner by saying that if he didnot do much research before buying the car, but rather he was test driving almost every car from last 1 year and then chose Kicks over other.
Actually it shows your team has not done much research on the car. Kicks 1.3 turbo has Mercedes engine (jointly developed by Daimler-Benz, Nissan & Renault), most powerful (154 Bhp 254 Nm torque) in this segment. Even more than Taigun/ kushaq's 1.5 turbo TSDI.
Did not highlight it's pros much, such as, availability of infotainment, alloy wheels, anti pinch feature, sqaurish boot space, vipers, useable roofrails, etc. even at base model.
But when you drove the car and felt the stability and power, it seems your perception changed towards its pros side at the end.
Even lower version Nissans kicks petrol 1.5 XV is worth a car with such high end Features available at price range of 11 lacs (on road).
Was not expecting this from you guys on genuine basis.

Nissan kicks is a decent car.. problem is with the service back up,(very bad) and lack of interest shown for sales as well. Pricing was bad..
I think kicks look better than creta, venue, seltos, ecosport, Nexon and duster.

Nissan is a giant outside india, this same engine you can find in mercedes as well… Best performance car in the segment.. clearly paid youtubers, i didnt like sir how you criticized tata safari as well in ur latest video

Nissan should invest more heavily in the urban commercial taxi/cab services to grow further. Should give more assistant/discounts to cab owners for buying Nissan cars for urban commercial taxi/cab services.
