I boxed pro for 12 years and would be happy to lend a hand in training, though there are better trainer/coaches out there than me, I could get you good enough to whoop some other first timer.
I would even coach you against Brandon Herrera. He did pretty well for his first fight. Aggression and a willingness to get hit to give a hit is really the name of the game in those 3 round amateur fights. If you can throw clean straight punches and remember to pull your hand back in time so you don't get hit with wild sloppy panic punches by your opponent, you will do fine.

How about a compromise? A non-impact match, like Brazilian jujutsu against another novice? No getting broken teeth or concussions.

I'll put up the unpopular opinion, but I say don't do it Jay. I don't know if you have any experience in 1-1 combat sports, but those rounds whether it's 1 min or 3 min are going to feel like an eternity.
Also, I really don't want to see Gina get punched again anyway.
If you do it, you need to do a parody documentary of your training and the actual fight! That would be awesome!

Do a jog in one of your "Jay Walking the Planet" trips as a training regiment.
As you said after 7:25 it sounds like a no-win situation, you win you lose, you lose you lose. It is also a huge training commitment. Unless you have extreme fitness goals I wouldn't recommend - it will take a lot of your time to train up in only six months - like four 90 min. sessions per week. If you do go ahead, I will send you some tips (I have trained as a boxer for 14 years).
Do it man! You could be undefeated boxer Brandon Herrera 2.0! Yeah, he's only had one fight, but he knocked out a dude 5 inches taller than him with a 7 inch reach advantage! In the second round, Brandon caught his opponent with a left jab and dropped him like a sack of flour! Now he's running for Congress. Win or lose, you will not regret trying! Think of it like an adventure, not a fight. Do it.
