Underrated Wrestling Matches You NEED to Know About
Jake, Roddy, ted n dusty should have won the title dont agree with the others
Respect your opinion pal! Thanks for watching and leaving a comment 😊
Big Bossman should have been on this list.
He’s absolutely an honourable mention
This was a really really good video mate! Can tell you’ve put a lot of time and effort into this. Well done
Thanks mate! I really did - Appreciate the support
Awesome video man!! To look back on this was crazy to see that we’ve gone from Goldberg, Lesnar and Braun as champs to now Cody who’s doing amazing so far!
Thank you man! Appreciate the support. I’m probably one of the few who’s enjoyed Cody’s reign so far. Some good matches with AJ and Kevin plus lots more to come
"Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff should have beaten Hulk Hogan for the title. He had the looks, he could wrestle & he had Bobby "The Brain" Heenan as a manager. Hogan wouldn't put Orndorff over so WWE dropped the ball on that one. Such a shame.
Thanks for the insights Patrick! Crazy to me the whole putting over situation. Thanks for commenting and watching the vid mate! Appreciate it
One minor error...the superkick didnt put him through the window
Yeah you’re right actually mate! Great spot 😊 thanks for watching
Fricking hell...cant believe its nearly 2 decades since we lost Eddie...I've only cried twice for people I had no personal connection too, Eddie was one of them...And I truly believe this set the course for what happened just over 18 months later... Eddie Lied, Cheated and Stole...our hearts and broke them
I think this too btw! Around what happened 18 months later. What a soul Eddie was. Forever in our hearts ❤️
@@JoshhyWrestling Yeah, that fateful weekend in June 2007, still weighs heavy on me, because I loved Benoit, a few of Benoits friends also died around the time he did, notably Sherri Martel and Shayne 'Biff Wellington' Bower (One of Benoits early Tag Team Partners in, I think, Stampede). But while I'm not excusing what Benoit did, or in the minds of some, didn't do...WWE ultimately failed Benoit, they should never have put him on TV, what you see when he gives his tribute is a totally broken and should have took him off the road to get counselling...Thats all I have to say about that's another topic for another time... Anyway keep up the good work pal, keep up with the good content and your numbers gradually rise
Solid video mate, slowly all coming together now 💪
Yeah man! Really happy with how the channels progressing. Thanks for your support
I realised after posting I said wrestlemania 8 for Hogan/Austin - instead of X8 (18). My bad
Great video pal!! Really top content coming from you
Thanks a ton! Appreciate the support
Great video!! Would’ve loved to see some of these live
Me too! Thank you for the support
America dream Dusty Rhodes held the NWA world heavyweight championship three times
Wait no Bastian Booger on the list? 😂 😅
What a guy! 🤣🤣 thanks for watching and leaving a comment - welcome to the channel
Paul orndorff
Great one Shane! Thanks for commenting - welcome pal
Mankind falling through the top of the cell, wasn't planned
That’s what makes it even more insane! Thanks for commenting pal
Great video as always
Thank you very much! Appreciate the support
Awesome video mate! That Bret vs Austin match is one of my favourites of all time! 🙂
Glad you enjoyed brother! I love diving into the stuff that changes the future. Really cool, thanks for watching
This one hurt so badddd
This 👏🏻
A lot of these were on a single champion era when the belt wasn't tossed around. The champion was always gonna be a Hogan, Warrior or Hitman. Occasionally for a short while a Sheik, Yokozuna, Taker or Michaels. The Dream Dusty Rhodes got actually offered a WWE contract with him being the charismatic face of the company. He didn't have faith in WWE and turned the offer down. Hogan took his place.
This is Absolutely true! Thanks for commenting, welcome to the channel
His hotel still stands. I see it in the Minneapolis skyline every time I go outside.
That’s really cool! I didn’t actually know this
Eddie is truely missed. 😢😢
I couldn’t agree more ❤️❤️
Iron Mike Sharpe(RIP), hands down.
Great one mate! Thanks for commenting
@@JoshhyWrestlingIron Mike was the coolest!
Unfortunately never got the chance to see him
It's Hennig, actually, not Henning. Henning is the guy who created Green Acres.
Yeahhh, I said it once and then didn’t not say it afterwards 🤣🤣 my bad, thanks for watching
That betrayal from Batista to Rey Mysterio was so emotional at that time after they’d been through so much, I did like Batista as a heel tho 😅
Batista heel was another level! I feel that with most of these tbf. Hope you enjoyed the video pal
Nice to hear a vid with an actual spoken voice-over, instead of crappy AI.
I hope my voice sounds better then a crappy AI voiceover 🤣 Appreciate that mate! Welcome to my channel 😊
"Mr Wonderful" Paul Orndorff
Yes! Mr Wonderful is a great one
Dolph ziegler should have won
Dolphs a 2x world champ in WWE
The super kick is overused
I agree! It’s iconic but I miss it being that final shot move! Thanks for watching 😊
Scott Hall could of at least been transional, Jake Roberts should of been the one to dethrone in the late 80s with that iconic unaired snakepit segment Owen Hart would of won the title off of a Kliq member if he didn’t tragically die Davey boy just couldn’t fight his demons and Roddy Piper challanging Ric Flair for the belt after flair beat Savage would of been great and Piper drops the title to Bret Hart
I love the break down man! Thanks for commenting - if you don’t already please do consider subscribing 😊
If Regal didn’t fail the wellness policy he would of been a world champion.
Oh 100% man
"The Ravishing One" Rick Rude
Great one
he had the big gold belt in wcw
@@JoshhyWrestling most of the guys on the list wouldn't draw a dime. Sadly people who know too much about the business like Cornette and others usually like guys who are boring and only pull a small hardcore crowd. That's the reason Hogan and warrior drew so much money with limited ring work. Their look itself was enough to market them and make them a success.
A couple of people on this list were liabilities, some were champion in other territories, but most never wanted the responsibility or were just not seen in that light.
Agreed mate! It was a big responsibility to have
Vader never won it but khali did
Crazyyyyy
I think it’s best to edit this video and call it “top 10 to never win the WWE Championship.” Because even though these contrarian nerds knew that’s probably what you meant, they still pile on to “correct” you that Hennig was champion in a third rate promotion (even as they can see 40 other people have already pointed this out.) wrestling fans are such insufferable, chronically online shut-ins. And with that, here’s my top 10 to never win THE WWE CHAMPIONSHIP (did you clowns get that?) in no particular order. 1. Roddy Piper 2. Dusty Rhodes 3. Razor Ramon 4. Goldust 5. British Bulldog 6. Owen Hart 7. Mr Perfect 8. Jake the Snake 9. Ted DiBiase 10. William Regal
I appreciate this comment more then you’ll ever know 🤣 thank you matey. Yes, they are just that. Thank you pal
I grew up in the 80s and 90s saw some classic stories in WWF/E got to admit Cody has reignited my love for the business but Mick Foley's first title win will always be my number one, the pop for stone cold is probably the loudest ever watch it back its awesome
That’s so awesome man! Thank you so much for commenting! Welcome 😊
Can anybody remember that left hook Regal put on Mr Kennedy? The man was as hard as a rock. Probs one of the most toughest wrestlers ever.
Regal is just a proper solid bloke isn’t he 🤣🤣 really is super tough
Lou thesz
Nice one mate
Ivan putski.
Another good one! Subscribe if you could pal 😊
The rock’s father and grandfather, rocky Johnson and Peter Mai via.
Correct! If only I did a 100 wrestlers video 🤣🤣
How about jay strongbow.
This is just a few names, not all of them 😊
Dusty won theNWA title.
I understand your point but this is WWE legends who never won the world title in WWE
@@JoshhyWrestlingthen why didn't you title it exactly like that. The way you have it labeled the feedback is justified
Piper win the intercontinental title
The IC title isn’t a world title
Honourable Mention... John Cena coming out at #30 in the 2008 Royal Rumble...Im not really a Cena Fan to be honest, but I even popped that night when Cenas music hit
This is a fantastic one! I could make a full few hours worth couldn’t I really 🤣🤣
good vids👍
Thank you very much! Appreciate the support
You made an error on Cena's 2021 return: it was at Money In The Bank not SummerSlam, He fought Reigns at SummerSlam it was Lesnar (&, Becky Lynch) that returned at that event
This is true actually, The images were from summerslam but yes it was MITB he returned to confront Reigns
Well done mate 😊
Appreciate the support mate
All of these are so good!! I love moments that are remembered by knowing where you were when they happened! 😅Hardy Boyz & Edge for me will always stick out to me because of where I was when they happened
I love this comment so much man! Thank you for watching, liking and commenting.
Great video! Would love to see shocking exits following the announcement of three stars leaving!!
Great shout! Thanks for watching
My friend Jeff loves WWE. Ill have to get into it. I watched this year wrestle mania. SHIT WAS ELECTRIC
Welcome! There’s not a better time to get into wrestling then right now 😊 WWE comes to Netflix in Jan so everyone has access. Appreciate you leaving a comment and hopefully subbing 😬👊🏻
Owen would have been perfect for the ruthless aggression era.
Oh for sure! A fantastic talent
@@JoshhyWrestlingHe would have had 5 star matches. With guys like Kurt Angle, Eddie Guerrero, Shelton Benjamin, Chris Benoit. And more.
There is so so many big matches right there. Just imagine 🔥🔥
