I have a question where to connect the A1 and A2 wires. I connected the wires for cas pin 1 and 12 and the steering wheel does not turn on

hello I'm from Brazil. I installed it in my car but it didn't work. the manual says that it is necessary to make an encoding via SSS (software service station) in the CIP shortcut. do you really need to do this?
