    One will think that with so much sunshine in Nigeria,the architects will incorporate solar panels on the buildings and make use of a readily available natural resource.

    That is not middle income. Define middle income by Nigerian standard. It's thieves that mostly live in those places. Which Nigerian company pays so much money that the workers can afford rent of about 4 million per annum? It is definitely not government workers but you'll be surprised they are the most tenants there.

    • @aleemkhalid6353
      @aleemkhalid6353 9 місяців тому

      Lol.keep fooling yourself and think govt workers are the ones they call middle. People are investors under lot of banks and fintech also lot of china companies in nigeria are tied to lot of nigerians free monies don't fool yourself thinking no money in nigeria

      Keep quiet. This are the statement of poverty.
      Most people that live there are business men and women.
      My sister is into business and she live in one of Abuja luxurious estate.

    • @ocholiocholi5735
      @ocholiocholi5735 9 місяців тому

      @@Southernview3k We know the business your sister and her lots do to afford such estates. Your sister is into an unknown business? Don't come and say interior design because we all know how that goes. You that is still in Nigeria and probably hopeless and being ripped off by the con artists you have there knows what statements of poverty are. Nigeria is a very poor country by all standards and nearly a failed state, tell me how many people can comfortably afford the buildings here.

      @TheGospelboard lol the fact people thinks only govt officials are the ones able to afford these houses are funny. Nigerians have lot of investment tied to lot of chinese companies selling here in nigeria, making them able to afford somethings that look luxurious to us

      This comment was made a month ago, you should have just ignore and type away, Yes Abuja is better than Lagos is it a crime, that your super beautiful over priced house in Lekki or Ikoyi, does it have an underground tunnel for drainage system, oga abeg shift

      @user-wm9oz5nk3q go and watch steve ndukwu top 15 real estate properties in Nigeria so u can get wisdom..theres no competition between both cities..nigeria like every other country womt just have one city so unfortunately lagos will always be in ur face as its been the most developed in Nigeria since the days of lord luggard so trust me an opinion is like an asshole and that is urs

    Displaying the high end and prestigious exclusive estate in a country where 103 million Nigerians are impoverished due to extreme poverty, where electricity is not available in many parts of Nigeria, where clean water is not accessible to the masses, where health care is poor, where the educational system is poor, where roads are messy, muddy and crooked, where slums are increasing than curtailing them is none sense. But Nigerians are proclaiming that Nigeria is the giant in Africa😂. Awake and come to your senses.

      It is crystal clear that you have been foolishly indoctrinated by the media to believe that your aforementioned numbers of Nigerians are living in extreme poverty. I strongly believe you resides in the slum area of the country, so you couldn't see anything good to say about the country, but to make a provocative comments about Nigeria. Demented being.
