firewordsparkler flax egg :) It's pretty easy, everyone has a different way of doing it (you can find different recipes for measurements) but it's some ground flax seed and a little bit of water and let it sit and it binds up

Don't get me wrong, they look ok, but if i were to make meatless balls that would mean that i probably would have dinner with a vegan girl, but since this has eggs and cheese thats not the case, so if im making dinner for non-vegan i'd stick with meat balls

Tim Callahan Parmesan cheese isn't even vegetarian (because of the animal rennet, unless they used a vegetarian parmesan cheese) so i doubt it was vegan.

maybe try aquafaba - which is the liquid in a can of chickpeas, it generally subs well for most recipes
firewordsparkler unsweetened applesauce works great for almost everything
you can also use (ground) chia or flax seeds with a few tablespoons of water

Parmesan cheese is made with Rennet so isn't veggie. Recipe looks delicious though!
Depends on the brand; you can probably find some that's not made with rennet. :)
Not in Canada unfortunately. I've looked EVERYWHERE as Parmesan is my absolute favourite cheese... guess I'll have to use Raclette instead :(

This recipe is neither vegan nor vegetarian. It's just meatless. Parmesan is not vegetarian. It's always made with animal rennet.
I feel like chickpeas or rice would work better, you are basically eating nuts and bread. Add a cooked onion in there also.
