My late aunt who married a Norwegian used to make lefse and sent it to us here in Singapore - it was lovely - the dough was light and the cream tasted fresh - yes even after you’ve stored it in the fridge - she supplied to the supermarkets in the Norwegian town she lived, too.
Petra Olsen and my Mom would make lefse a lot and would even dry it and then sprinkle with water to moisten then spread with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, cut and enjoy.
