Yeah, you definitely need a heat press for tumblers or a convection oven (which I talk about in this blog post: heyletsmakestuff.com/how-to-sublimate-a-tumbler/) :)
I struggle with the edges next to the mug handles pressing crisply. When you shift and repress, do you press for the same amount of time as the original press? I'm afraid of over pressing or scorching the rest of the design :) Thanks!

I do the same amount of time! I haven't had a problem with scorching.
