The way i made a degree 100 paragon in sandbox is i just used the middle path ninjas ablilty and after spammed fortified bads from highest wave i reached then get 20 power totems and 20 0-2-4 ninja and max the slider (if your doing it in a normal game get atleast 17m+ pops)

How to get the paragons in sandbox:
Go to a challenge (or make one) and set the cash to max
Play the challenge and make the paragon
