Change is the most important thing to do and it's the road to healing. However it's also difficult especially for people who have mental issues.
I remember from a psychoanalysis course they talked about the concept of repetition meaning people go through the exact same shit again and again. We know it's wrong but it's stronger than us so to say.
For example I have in theory access to such knowledge through books and notes but in fact no, with a severe hoarding disorder in a crammed apartment I can't even find them. So instead of just throwing useless shit away I keep stuck in life with the same problems/symptoms repeating every day. Every fucking day. For real. Same for my daily drinking or my crap warehouse job.
Hope such thoughts can help someone not everyone is aware that he his trapped in a morbid cycle of repetition.
I can relate @forthesakeofthesongs
I empathize with your situation, and I’m sorry.
Baby steps and practice works for me. I’ve been selling my junk on Facebook marketplace, one thing at a time, for many years now. I finally made it to “the end!” I have three empty rooms in my house that used to be full! Baby steps and practice bro-progress not perfection. I’m with you brother.
Jim I struggle with deskschairs and ppl in roomS environments ADHD BUT want to break free from addiction
Thank you for your posts
We all struggle with those things. Don’t let your addiction tell you you’re too unique for the solution. You won’t do it alone. I say this not because I don’t believe in the power of you, but because I do believe in the power of alcoholism.

Being an active alcoholic is hard, and being a recovering alcoholic is hard. Pick your hard.

How are you?
@@SoberJames I’m hanging in there! No turning back now!!😊
I’m glad to hear that, it keeps my hope. 🙏
Have you apologized to your viewer for your delusional and extremely mean and hurtful comments and attacks made to all. It was appalling, and I was hoping you would turn it around. Looks like things have became better. I was praying for you.
I have, and will extend my sincerest apologies to you as well. God willing, it’ll never happen again. I know I’m willing.
