Hello Ms. Jolly. Thank you for this inspiring and informative video. Glad I found this. I'm currently doing my research on K1 Co-Sponsorship and was a bit anxious earlier of what I saw on the previous videos here on youtube that USEM in the Philippines does not accept Joint Sponsorship for K1 Visa Application. By the way, I'm from the Philippines and has an ongoing K1 Visa Application. :)
Hi Ms. Dyanarha. Im from PH too. And my k1 visa is under process. May I know if you also using joint sponsor? And how is the joint sponsor related to the beneficiary?
Any updates? If I'm sponsoring for my Filipina fiancé, currently on nder a Stamp 4 Visa in Ireland, am I allowed to have a co sponsor? Would prefer hearing other's stories before paying for a US Immigration Attorney.
Thank you girl, you hit my spot . I was googling around if primary sponsor and cosponsor both fill out I 134. Another question as a US fiancé do I have to send documents to NVC or CEAC or just my fiancé will do it abroad after wrapping up DS160?
Hi Ms. Jolly, we are currently doing our K1 visa, but my fiance is still studying and unemployed. Do we need to do the join sponsor and what form to fill up if it is so? Appreciate your help!
Odd situation, but if I, as the Canadian foreigner have enough assets saved to support myself without the US petitioner's help, and they don't meet the financial requirements. Can my savings count?
If you didn't work for the past three years, but now hold a job for the last 3 months that meets the financial requirements and have a joint sponsor that makes well over the financial requirements am I still able to get a K1 Visa or CR1 Visa? Does the US Embassy in Thailand accept joint sponsors for K1 Visas or is it only CR1? Also, what about health insurance?
Hello, I was informed that the US embassy in the Philippines does not allow you to have a cosponsor or a joint sponsor for a K-1 fiancé visa (that they only allow it for a spousal visa). I have not had a source of income but my dad would love to help me by being a cosponsor or joint sponsor for the affidavit of support for the income requirement. Is it true that I cannot have a cosponsor or joint sponsor for my fiancé in the Philippines?
Do they actually give “strong” consideration to all your assets if “income” is marginal. I am retired with lower income but plenty of Assats or net wortn.
I won't say strong but they are pretty considerate. They only look at the figures on your affidavit of support. If the total numbers meet the requirements, it should be good enough.
Please sana mapansin mo po🙏Tanx and God bless
Ideally, USCIS looks at the 3 year income tax return but they only consider the current income you have. So the answer is yes, provide the last year income as well. Hang on there, the waiting period sucks but let it be a test of character. 💕
Thank you for the information! I actually have a question and I'm hoping you can answer. My fiancé and I are looking into doing the K-1 visa and I don't meet the income requirements so I am thinking of having my dad be a co-sponsor, but he recently sponsored his wife over a year ago. Will that hinder my dad from being a co-sponsor since he already sponsored his life last year? Thanks!
Hello thank you, so if I am the petitioning fiance for my fiance in the Philippines and I want to use a co-sponsor who is my mother who lives by herself and I do not live in her home how many dependents does she claimed herself and my fiance or herself alone or herself myself and my fiance keep in mind I am not a dependent of hers.
I thought Philippines wont allow a co sponsor for K1 visa. So ibig sabihin ba maam pwede akong ma sponsoran mg sister in law ko fiancee or spoysal visa .

His anual income is 250K$ May possibility ba na makapasa sila? Reason is to attend my Wedding po. Thanks sis

Hello. I am applying for my fiance to come to America. If I am using a cosponsor, do I still have to provide my own tax returns? What if I didn't file?
So if my mother is the co-sponsor and makes $26,000 a year on social security she is retired and she lives alone I and my fiance do not live with her are we still considered to be dependents?
Miss ask Lang Ako, which better married here in Philippines before I go in state or better k1 fiance, which ang mad Madali amp maka punts Jan ? Please reply , thanks

Kapag po kasi umuwi ka ng Pinas without it, pwede nilang edeny ang entry mo pabalik sa US kasi wala kang travel permit and your immigration status will be considered abandon.
Hey dear, can both sponsor and cosponsor put their incomes together to sponrize the foreign fiancé or just one person needs to put his/her income? Thanks
Unfortunately not, that's why it's critical to pick the right co-sponsor making sure that the person makes enough money. USCIS will look solely on the co-sponsor's income.
@@JollySogard thanks. Excuse me, 2 years ago I sponsored both my parents( dad &mom) Actually they are in America but they no longer depending on me, they stay in a different state. Do you think I would need a cosponsor? Thanks
Hello, I am not sure about the VA benefits maybe your fiance can consider adding his assets if there's any. Like roth ira, 401k, pension, retirement accounts, or even properties and bank savings account.
Refused means refused on paper under administrative processing. May information pa silang kelangan e.verify to determine if your case can go forward. It doesn't mean denial. Ready, us embassy is waiting for your papers to arrive or they already received the papers and currently preparing for the beneficiary's interview.
Sis may ssn kana ba? If you bring your passport, ssn, marriage certificate at 2 documents showing proof of address, the bank should be able to add your name under your husband's account and make it joint.
