To travel by car for hours, then to get up a few hours later and travel by plane to support a former boss, mentor and current friend, that is next level! He deserves all the praise! So sweet of Zac flying up for the race and caring about his former boss like that., I used to do trips to eastern NC from Ohio like that every month for my daughter. I’d go down in the morning and back that evening and I missed a flight once.
The part about Zac letting out long sighs halfway through the drive 😂 my boyfriend and I drove 11 hours a few weeks ago and it was the same thing from him

Clancy i like that you stick to your thoughts and opinions about it, sometimes influencers fake their real opinions just to make the public happy or start censuring things or stop talking about stuff because people react very strongly about it. I believe that sometimes or most of the times the internet is very sensitive and its a rule that you will never make the 100% of everyone happy like there's always someone that will be upset of how you dress, how you do your hair or make up or your relationship with your fiance or what you like to eat. All i want to say is that you keep it honest and i know that living so publicly is very hard. Any way i really like you and enjoy watching you and your videos. That view is spectacular! I hope the plumbing issues have been resolved. We are so lucky to live in such a big, beautiful country and it's so fun to watch you two explore! Pet peeve/rant: if you close the lid on the toilet, it looks more like furniture as opposed to a toilet that you've recently used. Also, the lid protects you from the bacteria that is being sprayed from the toilet bowl when you flush - you wanna contain that nastiness in an enclosed environment rather than spew it onto other surfaces in the bathroom (like your toothbrush). It just looks so much nicer, please close the toilet lid, it's there for important reasons.
I totally can see why Zac would say that about the book. When I was reading it though, I did have the thought that maybe why some of us (including myself) don’t remember much from childhood is because we haven’t experienced that level of trauma. I’m glad I can say that about myself but that was something I thought about while reading the book. Plus, she told the story from the perspective of however old she was at the time of the chapter, which is why the chapters from age 6 frame details in that way.
I laugh everytime you talk about people hating on you guys... I grew up very close to Dayton and Zac's humor and personality reminds me so much of home. Us Ohioans love our sass and sarcasm. 😂
I think maybe the reason he doesn't come across as well on camera is if you notice whenever you have a conversation he points out the negative, even if he's saying a positive thing he seems like he's looking at the down side. I've been watching you on and off for a while and it seems to be more pronounced lately so I'm wondering if it's his health problems? I know a lot of times we try and not dwell on the physical pain we're in but it comes across on our words and actions. That said I do think in person he's probably a very sweet guy and definitely loves you! I do admit it's a little frustrating to watch but obviously not that frustrating because I'm still here! :)

I do not get backing into parking spots either Zac. Seems like it takes way more energy and a greater risk of hitting something than just backing out when you leave.
Without going into a long explanation about wheel base circumferences, when you drive a long/large vehicle, it’s much easier to exit a tight, straight in parking spot (as opposed to angle parking) when you back in. Learning the technique when you have to park in a tight parking garage, say every day for work, trust me, is worth it!
@@KODoch48 Also, most accidents involve a car backing up! Much safer to be able to drive straight out of the spot than backing out of it into a crowded parking lot with limited visibility

For the last five winters, we have been lucky enough to afford a vacation in St Pete. I love that area so much. You will enjoy the islands…st Pete, treasure island, etc. Pinellas county in general has a lot going on, lots of beautiful beaches. St Pete beach is the top spot in America for sunsets. Would 100% recommend going to Dunedin in the Clearwater area. It’s a little town with a ton of small breweries and restaurants and live music. Great place to just walk around too!

So excited for you and Zac! Florida not having snow is going to be so nice for you! That air b n b looks so beautiful! The couches look comfy and the view of water and palm trees is amazing! It's great that the washer and dryer is in there. I'm also one of those people who has to wash clothes every few days. I can't come home from work without throwing my clothes in the washing machine. It just get too stinky on the bus. So sorry to hear about Zac's boss. It's not crazy to buy new shoes if you need them. I buy a new pair of winter boots every year because I walk to the bus stop and walk around the city so much that they just wear out. That really sucks about the sink and the water. Hope you can get it fixed soon.

Zac I remember a lot of memories when I was a kid, so I disagree. Also if it was traumatizing, or not a fun experience overall you are more likely to remember that; also some people can vividly remember memories no matter how good or bad it is. So I can see why she is being so specific, especially when you’re younger those memories are more vivid as you are most immersed in those moments.
Having a bathroom downstairs in the middle of the night when you have to pee must have been annoying ! I pee a lot at night 😩 Love these travel videos so much!

I hate to hear that your former Boss has Brain Cancer! My best friend was diagnosed with grade 4 at 29 years old, she is over 4 years post-treatment! There seriously is not enough research on brain tumors, I really admire that you made an effort to support your boss and go to the walk to support brain cancer research!

Heyyyy! I live here in St Pete! So, close to downtown St Pete, down central Ave is where lots of nightlife happens. Bars, restaurants, etc. It gets pretty hot here, hints the Sunshine City name, so just be aware of that. Drink lots of water. Enjoy your time here! Lots of beaches around and parks of course.
Late to the comments this week, but HERE for Clancy + Zach On the Road Again and heading South to PalmTree/Alligator-Land! Super stoked built-in nightly color show AKA Balcony Sunset! You guys peaced-out just prior to time change and MidWest Winter first frost, Excellent move to make use of Florida’s warm weather offering. Book opinions are strong in comments here, and my takeaway is that I am glad that people still READ. One best memory of my Pop was newspaper mornings: The visual of coffee+glasses, The sound of crinkle and even the smell of the ink. He would circle in red articles of interest for all of us kids and cut out into our individual piles for pickup by the door. Mine were Marmaduke (because of my big dog), Amish Cook, our school system events and local craft fairs. He actually nicknamed me “Pepper Dennis” because of a news reporter series starring Rebecca Romin Stamos (she has since dropped the Stamos). He was a writer for our local paper and I also did contributing articles now and then. Read Up people and teach the next generations as well! Plumbing issues plaguing us we cannot shake the curse. I can relate, waiting a 5 min fix here at the house as well. Never take for granted the simple ability to go to a sink and turn a faucet or flip of a handle and a successful flush. Water is gold and drainage after use is a humble gift. That Zach figured out the one day trip into Cincinnati for support of his friend (and all other titles she holds in his heart) was heartfelt to have heard. That’s a solid guy there, who will always be there when the chips are down. Of course he loves Clancy, in fact he adores her! You can see it in his eyes when he gazes her way. An easy, fun lovin and on same page couple exploring the USA for future place to stay. We are lucky to be along as many usual aspects when stationary present but also the unknown of adventure awaits each day. ❤️🏝

I do not get backing into parking spots either Zac. Seems like it takes way more energy and a greater risk of hitting something than just backing out when you leave.
Without going into a long explanation about wheel base circumferences, when you drive a long/large vehicle, it’s much easier to exit a tight, straight in parking spot (as opposed to angle parking) when you back in. Learning the technique when you have to park in a tight parking garage, say every day for work, trust me, is worth it!
@@KODoch48 Also, most accidents involve a car backing up! Much safer to be able to drive straight out of the spot than backing out of it into a crowded parking lot with limited visibility

When I moved to Florida from Ohio, I couldn't believe how many times I smelled weed. It's a real thing in Florida.
For the last five winters, we have been lucky enough to afford a vacation in St Pete. I love that area so much. You will enjoy the islands…st Pete, treasure island, etc. Pinellas county in general has a lot going on, lots of beautiful beaches. St Pete beach is the top spot in America for sunsets. Enjoy guys! 🌴☀️🌊
You have to go to Armature Works in Tampa! It’s a giant food hall kinda and it is sooo yummy, near the aquarium kinda too!

Would 100% recommend going to Dunedin in the Clearwater area. It’s a little town with a ton of small breweries and restaurants and live music. Great place to just walk around too!

It's great that the washer and dryer is in there. I'm also one of those people who has to wash clothes every few days. I can't come home from work without throwing my clothes in the washing machine. It just get too stinky on the bus.

It's not crazy to buy new shoes if you need them. I buy a new pair of winter boots every year because I walk to the bus stop and walk around the city so much that they just wear out.

Enjoy your time in Florida! If you are looking for a high-end steakhouse try Bern's Steakhouse in Tampa. Kudos to Zac for showing up for his friend and x boss. He is a true friend for sure. I would rather look ghost white than have that leather-looking dark skin.

Zac I remember a lot of memories when I was a kid, so I disagree. Also if it was traumatizing, or not a fun experience overall you are more likely to remember that; also some people can vividly remember memories no matter how good or bad it is. So I can see why she is being so specific, especially when you’re younger those memories are more vivid as you are most immersed in those moments.

There seriously is not enough research on brain tumors, I really admire that you made an effort to support your boss and go to the walk to support brain cancer research!

Heyyyy! I live here in St Pete! So, close to downtown St Pete, down central Ave is where lots of nightlife happens. Bars, restaurants, etc. It gets pretty hot here, hints the Sunshine City name, so just be aware of that. Drink lots of water. Enjoy your time here! Lots of beaches around and parks of course.
Late to the comments this week, but HERE for Clancy + Zach On the Road Again and heading South to PalmTree/Alligator-Land! Super stoked built-in nightly color show AKA Balcony Sunset! You guys peaced-out just prior to time change and MidWest Winter first frost, Excellent move to make use of Florida’s warm weather offering.
Book opinions are strong in comments here, and my takeaway is that I am glad that people still READ. One best memory of my Pop was newspaper mornings: The visual of coffee+glasses, The sound of crinkle and even the smell of the ink. He would circle in red articles of interest for all of us kids and cut out into our individual piles for pickup by the door. Mine were Marmaduke (because of my big dog), Amish Cook, our school system events and local craft fairs. He actually nicknamed me “Pepper Dennis” because of a news reporter series starring Rebecca Romin Stamos (she has since dropped the Stamos). He was a writer for our local paper and I also did contributing articles now and then. Read Up people and teach the next generations as well!
Plumbing issues plaguing us we cannot shake the curse. I can relate, waiting a 5 min fix here at the house as well. Never take for granted the simple ability to go to a sink and turn a faucet or flip of a handle and a successful flush. Water is gold and drainage after use is a humble gift.
That Zach figured out the one day trip into Cincinnati for support of his friend (and all other titles she holds in his heart) was heartfelt to have heard. That’s a solid guy there, who will always be there when the chips are down. Of course he loves Clancy, in fact he adores her! You can see it in his eyes when he gazes her way. An easy, fun lovin and on same page couple exploring the USA for future place to stay. We are lucky to be along as many usual aspects when stationary present but also the unknown of adventure awaits each day. ❤️🏝

you need to find curious cat croissants! she is a local baker in st pete's and sells them in local cafes! they are vegan, so perfect since you are egg and dairy free!!!
