Say whatever you want about this movie, but from a campy point of view, this was actually pretty good. Give Blaxploitation star Fred Williamson his props for his portrayal of Capt. Harold Dobey- he played the role, his way and didn't attempt to copy his Hammer co-star Bernie Hamilton, who was Capt. Dobey in the original Starsky & Hutch TV series.
I don’t know why they never made a sequel. I love this move also. I think Ben and Owen have such good chemistry, they nailed the feel of this movie. It seems like such a wasted opportunity they don’t make another one.
I finally found this version of "Can't Smile Without You" by Barry Manilow, as you can hear in the start of the movie. The link is from: ua-cam.com/video/R-8ftYilClc/v-deo.html
@badamc The song that starts at 2.21 is the theme from the Starsky & Hutch TV series. It's been re-recorded for the movie, but it's not on the soundtrack for some reason. Sorry I'm late...
I love this movie. I know its campy and most od my friends thinks it sucks but this is my guilty pleasure and I frickin love this movie and i think it's hella funny.
I called the cops when the thing I was staying with threatened to throw me off the balcony, and they accused me of sleeping with him. They put my head into the ground for sleeping in the rain outside under a tarp and supposedly mouthing off. I didn't call the cops after I was drugged and passed out at a show because it took me more than a year to realize I was probably violated. I never thought my husband would hurt me that way, and also didn't realize until I developed feminine problems afterwards, and I wasn't even sexually active. It became obvious to me the cops weren't going to help me anyway since I lost everything, and then saw how fucked up the city and this country had become, because no one seemed to be acknowledging anything strange that was happening in the city.
its fine but if u no any site were i can find the whole movie pls tell me and if u can i think theres a scene were there in the changing room pls try get the uncencored versioon on:P

If Hutch is a cop.. Then why is he dressed like a robber? :-)
4:21 what did he mean? :-)
because he's undercover cop
@@wooowlaa529 aha.. Okey :-)
I'm sorry.. But I don't understand what "undercover cop" means?
what's the song that starts at 2:21?
Bosco Albert sounds like the original theme from the show
Movies. He has a silencer and it still made a bang. Lol
Felipe Bravo yeah, and?
It's not a silencer, it's a suppressor.
Why are Stiller and Wilson always in movies together? :-)
Cause they make a great team
@@d_3767 okey :-) they are both very funny🤣
Even they are best friends in real life
