Rain cover should have been transparent and touch sensitive for using mobile gps during long rides. Rest is good.

We have not given it as transparent because
1. It's not safe to use navigation from the tank bag during rides in rains.
2. The touch will not work very efficiently in rains as the rider will be wearing gloves.

A rubber base is not required. Once the bag is fitted properly on the motorcycle it will not move anyways.
