Tip for the short: get a mens thin dress pant and crop it. Amazing and big pockets. Turns out I used my father's military dress pant to make shorts. And it fit perfectly and looks so good also comfy.
This vid is getting me SO STOKED for going thrifting in historical Perth and Westport (both in ON) in the next couple of weeks!!! The thrifts in ottawa are getting too boogie for my budget lately 😭
Just bought a pound of love in that same colour! It’s $14.97 at Michaels in Alberta without a coupon. I wish Walmart carried it because their yarn is usually the cheapest.
I am so out of touch on yarn pricing..... I found someone selling their yarn store about 3 years ago for $100. It was in a very large vacuum bag and looked like a good deal so I bought it. She threw in a SECOND vacuum bag of yarn! When I got it all home & opened the vacuum bags..... It FILLED 7 TOTES!!!! I'm set for the next decade or more !!! 😊
It sounds soooo dark, but when I read "Midnigth snack" and the dear there, I imagined a panther or puma taking a picture of His snack at night...I know it dark, but I didn't want to hide it
When you tried on the fanny pack with the shirt you're wearing , you really nailed the grill, bbq, camping dad/old man vibe! it's just, beautiful..!
You make me need more yarn and to go thrift shopping every time I watch these videos!
I laughed when you showed the lion brand pound of love yarn because I'm watching this video while working on a project using that same yarn but in red
I am totally with you about trying to find good shorts. This year is also the year I make my own shorts too. Pockets, high wasted and not mega short.
I love finding things at estate sales! The prices are almost always better than thrift stores near me especially on half off day. Love the raincoat!
And sometimes you get to hear a little bit about the person that owned it! I love knowing the backstory behind what i’m buying lol
I'm glad you put all the footage together and shared
😂😂

The pink sheets reminded me of uniqua from the backyardagains kids TV show!
We have a couple of V&S Department stores here and they sound just like the place you went to. They also have a yarn tent sale each year.
That red raincoat is my fav! It looks good on u.
What a sale! On sale with a coupon, I get those Pound of Loves for like $10.50 in BC.
I think red really suits your skin complexion!!!!❤

My spouse and I bought a great clock at that antique store!
My parents had the same sheets in a mustard yellow in the seventies.
Ahhhh! I used to have that little blue typewriter in the background! My mom sold it for a dollar in her yardsale😡

The pink sheets give Lizzy McGuire vibes 🤩
