Great video man very professional set up. Seems to me to be software related nintendo blocking not stock digitizers. If your switch is unpatched you can recalibrate
Hey so i just did a digitizer on my new to me switch. Same color controllers. Digitizer worked great until it turned off then back on then had that issue with it only working around the edges. Took it back apart, hooked up old digitizer and then no input worked. Turned power off and on again then old one worked again, plugged in new one and it worked perfectly again until it reset yet again to have the same issue. Is this the game chip issue? Just super confused on why itll work as it should til turned off then on. funny enough i bought the same 2mm tape as well.

I've only recently heard of software related issues/bugs. Something else to investigate on the next repair I guess.
Why replace the cart board without testing the old board?
Interesting do you never put dust seal between digitizer and lcd?
i am curious about something what are u using for your overhead camera ?
Juat came across your channel, love the video 👍 earned a sub from me for sure
Thanks! Glad you're here and like the vids.

Yes, sounds like the game card reader should be replaced as well. Weird that it works until power cycled.
Did you try changing the game card reader first to see if it fixed the digitizer? It's usually just a bad game card reader that causes no touch.
I did. Which is why I bought another just in case as well. But thanks again for another tip. Appreciate the feedback!
Братан как всегда шикарное видео !
Can you list your equipment ? What you use and where someone can buy it ?

Use b7000 glue instead of tape. Easier, faster.
Thanks for the tip. I'll have to look that up and try it next time.
