  • HOLOGRAPHIC IBANEZ LOGO AND HOLOGRAPHIC INLAYS!The IC200 is an Iceman series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1978. It was made in Japan by FujiGen.
    The IC200 features a mahogany body with cream binding mated to a
    set-in 3-ply rock maple neck with a 22-fret ebonized rosewood
    fingerboard with binding and pearloid parallelogram position markers.
    Components include a Gibraltar fixed bridge, a Quik Change tailpiece, a
    pair Ibanez Super 80 "Flying Fingers" humbucking pickups
    with individual volume and tone controls, a bone and brass nut, Sure
    Grip knobs, and Velve-Tune II machine heads. The output jack is mounted
    on the face of the guitar.
    For 1979 the pickups were changed to uncovered V2 humbuckers and the hardware was changed to gold.
    The IC100 is a related model with a bolt-on neck and opaque finishes. The IC210 is a similar model with a triple-coil pickup. The IC250 is a similar model with a maple top.
    The IC200 was discontinued after 1980.
