one question tho, if you create 4 symbols to replicate 4 time, what about if you want to create another one with let's say 12 symbols, can you do that? for example I would like to make a mandala working with 4 symbols for some lines and working with 24 symbols for other lines. would you be able to do that?

I haven't tried with more than 4 but it should function similarly.
Do you know how to expand it ? so I can change the shape in every side differently
Try by pulling the shapes out of the symbol (the group). It should cancel the symmetry function.
Why can't we simply have the symmetry tool...just like in procreate?

Are u using a matte screen protector for your ipad recording.
I was using Paperlike, but I was disappointed with the quality and didn't repurchase after few changes.
@@strodestudios oh ok. I didnt see glare. Must be good for preventing glare on overhead recordings
This was helpful until I got to the flipping horizontally and vertically. My results were not like yours. Top right box should be flipped once horizontally, bottom right box should be flipped horizontally and vertically and bottom left just once vertically. I've tried several times and isn't working. I'm using AD2 on Ipad. Do I have a setting somewhere that isn't right?
i found that too, i drew a triangle then flipped to see how they match up.
just wonder how to color on the mandala as the lines are not closed.
After you are done you can join the lines and color in. Or go to photo persona and try there. I'll take a look on how to do it!
@@strodestudios I guess the simplest way is to use the pencil tool to trace the lines and apply color fill.
