Awesome stuff. You mentioned chia seeds in water, what about psyllium husk in water? I’ve seen several randomized trials showing psyllium husk can lower cholesterol, probably by binding to bile. I’m also curious- it seems you would need to eat fat at the same time as psyllium husk so your body excretes bile to bind with. Does that seem right? And how much fat would be enough to induce bile secretion? I think this would apply to many of these foods since I think bile binding is the main mechanism for lowering cholesterol for the foods you mentioned

Yes Psyllium works well
And don't fear potatoes either. I eat 6-7 pounds of potatoes in one meal.
