Construction Progress on The Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road | VI To Lekki corridor
Вставка
- Опубліковано 15 вер 2024
- The construction of the Lagos-Calabar coastal road represents a significant infrastructural project aimed at enhancing connectivity and economic development along Nigeria's coastline. Spanning over 700 kilometers, this road is envisioned to link major cities, ports, and economic hubs, facilitating smoother transportation of goods and people. Its completion is expected to boost trade, tourism, and regional integration, fostering socio-economic growth in the region. However, challenges such as funding, environmental impact, and land acquisition may need to be carefully addressed to ensure the project's success and long-term sustainability

Well done guy. If you have a way, might I suggest a bicycle next time so that you don't have to walk that far while filming progress.

Even though i have been affected personally negetavily by this project, i will still commend this government for the initiative for achieving a coastal road at least if it is the only thing they achieve... However concedering the hunger in the land and inconsistent policies and misplaced prioties... It is had to give the government full commendation just yet...

I wish Nigeria will railway network called Nigeria circle that will connect every state of nation
Nigerians need to hold their governors accountable, this is done by Lagos state governor. Unfortunately most Nigerians are not demanding accountability from their governors, who steal money with impunity and go Scot free. Instead they are fully busy fighting the president, while ignoring their governors. It’s misplaced priority and it’s sad, because if Lagos governor is doing this, imagine all governors are doing the same, Nigeria will achieve development at all levels.
Shut up if you're not informed you will be deformed which Lagos State governor project are you talking about

Like how many years that projects will be completed 😮
Let hope the construction company does not cut cost and the road will last!

I think for the first time, we are having a President that is visionary. Some of his policies may not make sense to some people right now but these are legacies that will outlive him and will bemefit alot of people in the long run. I pray and hope that the road goes all the way to calabar as promised and as the project indicate. Many states withing the coasts will bemefit greatly and the people will rejoice in the end.
Great job showcasing this project OZED. You are doing a great job. Please dont let anyone distract you. Continue to believe in the project Nigeria. God bless you greatly as well as all well meaning Nigerians. 👍🏽
This road, upon completion, should be named - BOLA AHMED TINUBU COASTAL ROAD AVENUE, LAGOS.
why?
Why🤡

Work also have started in other sections too down to Ogun State
@ledgepedia8376 wow I was surprise with the speed of construction with on the project
@@Justozed you know, this is proof that if those in power want to do something they'd do it. The blue line took 16 years to complete but redline didn't even take up to three years. What I do know is that if you do bad, people will hate you, if you do good, people will still hate you. Just do you and let people remember you.
People say terrible things about Gowon and Obasanjo but I tell you, those men have achieved more than all our recent leaders.

Costal highway come with train track going to calabar
How will patrons at the Landmark hotel and others safely get to the beach?
there's an access road to locate them
Did you say the ocean was sandfilled and the same became a highway 3 months later? No settling period? You sure it won't collapse someday, the bane of our civil constructions...
i believe there's due process it was observed my opinion anyways
How many meter has they done? Where I the exact place they are now ?
i can't say for now is a continuous process but currently about 4-6km is almost done

You be the first person that will say the government is not doing anything. Rubbish talk..
Construction progress video cannot be complete without vital information like....
▪︎How many kilometres completed so far?
▪︎Percentage completion?
noted thank you so much 💓
What about the railway track?
@@michaelstrong722 I'll keep an eye on this getting this information soon
It will start from JaKande area if Lekki
The first station will be at Jakande it's going to start from there.
from some point in Lekki, they will reserve some space for the railway which will start at some point during the project, by another contractor.
They could have used the money to repair and widen the existing roads from Lagos to the East. This is just another chance to award contract and steal major portions of the money.
You can still say this despite the massive work ongoing?
Are you also one of those that said the second Niger bridge is audio? Today is now a history.
Believe in your country and it shall be well with you 🙏🏽
Hope the ocean does not wash it all away. Meanwhile the foreign contractors and their fellow government officials have walked away with billions to their various countries. I feel sorry for our people with the low level thinking of the so called government
ua-cam.com/video/vauHbfJ6uhM/v-deo.html
they could use the money more wise and build some power plants what a corruption project...
So you think power plants aren't under construction? Mambilla hydro power is a good example amongst others, so chill
@@mrnaija101 dou you know how much gigawatt nigeria need? xD I only see blind horses celebrating corruption while everyone suffer more day by day.
@@CuriousConnoisseurs funny you know how much Nigeria needs yet you think this project is corrupt. For a project with this kind of pace yo can't call it corrupt until it has been abandoned. But small minds like you do not know the impact a road that connects nine states will have on the economy. Tell me, is there any road at the moment that can rival this road in length and construction pace? In the history of the country?
Power plant is a Giant project. The estimated population of Nigeria equals that of fifteen African countries. Which means we can only generate enough power for Nigeria if we can generate enough to power fifteen or seven countries because the estimated population is not even the updated estimate. Unless each State own their own power plant like they did in Abia, FG can't light up the whole Nigeria.
@@CuriousConnoisseurs😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 cry more, I enjoy ur tears.
Tell your buffoon governor to generate electricity for you, power is no more in the exclusive list. Besides you and your ilks don't even matter, you are inconsequential in the scheme of things, the project will continue. Highest thing you can do is wail as usual. Illiterates
this road will reduce travel time to Calabar by 1/2 and you do not think, it is a priority.
