Footage during late afternoon, sunset and after dark.
Crowds can be seen coming in for a football game later that evening between the Miami Hurricanes and the Wisconsin Badgers.
Also visible the Cirque du Soleil tent, in town with the show "Volta".

That Colts/Bears weather was very unusual for Florida in the fall/winter. Usually it's very dry down here during the football season. They were just unlucky that night. Florida's rainy season is the summer.
