This is over thinking and OCD on a whole new level. I learned how to cook just watching my Mom, my Gran and our nanny Miss Mynah here in South Africa. And I've taught my daughter as well. It's not rocket science.

Kelly sweetie you might be a good singer ,but hosting talk show is so much not your thing... You are hyperactive all the time you are always talking more than your guests and the pitch tone is rising by the sec ... Pls just STOP or at least control yourself more
I think you need to remember she’s not a journalist, she’s a conversational person. She likes bonding and communicate she’s not an interviewer. IT’s a different tactic but it’s working
She’s a conversationalist not an interviewer. People need to change the way and adapt to how things have changed.
I really enjoy her. It's just like hanging out with a friend.
She's a talk show host and talking is part of her Job too.
