The tool being used is a UV light there's some cheap ones if you look and there's also stuff that cures using UV and some that doesnt@@iXChels
Maybe try the alcohol in a spray bottle and see if a little spritz or two works instead of dabbing it with the brush 🙂 It looks nice! ❤
That’s a good idea. You can buy spray bottles in all sizes so I’m going to get a small one for alcohol
