Ingredients:
Cauliflower- 400 grams
Potato - 3-4 medium
Green peas -1/4 cup
Onion - 3 (medium)
Tomato - 2 (medium)
Garlic - 12 cloves
Ginger - 2 inch
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Black cardamom -1
Bay leaves - 2
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder -1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Cooking oil - 6 tbsp
Green chilli - 3
Ghee - 1 tbsp (optional)
Salt to taste
