That's crazy though, an hour long? Sure, I've had some long fights, but for one on one that is in the extreme side.
I don't have much right to say but I feel like both players could have made better choices in army compositions to shut down the game earlier

Great game. Averly let the Rus into his base and just made enough springalds to take out the siege - especially bombards - so he wouldn't die to the push. This bought himself enough time to get that flank force down the side to take out the Rus trade. It was GG pretty soon after that.
