If I'm to assume the best, not letting this overly-intoxicated woman go home on her own was probably a god idea. Likewise, he was being assaulted in his own apartment by this woman. It's more than likely he put her on the balcony for his protection, and I think a reasonable person wouldn't expect someone to try to climb down a building. However, it's scary to me how calm he is after the fact. I think if I ended up involved in an accidental death, I would be absolutely manic, I felt guilty for hours one day when I accidentally hit a squirrel with my car. :/
The story with the girl falling off the balcony, on the phone call with his dad he said “why’s this stuff keep happening to me.” I thought that was a huge red flag. Indicating that stuff like this has happened before.

@@1GirlieGirl I don't think she drugged her, women need less alcohol than men to get drunk, so if they were drinking the same amount, she would simply get more intoxicated, and people in general do crazy things when they're drunk.
Here’s the thing with the case with Gabel, even if everything he said about the girl is true, that still doesn’t excuse him locking her out at the balcony, if he really wanted her to leave him alone, than he would’ve moved her out through his front door, the fact he got away with this scott free is sickening
I'm surprised her not screaming "No!" numerous times wasn't enough to lock him up. He stole her phone and shoved her out onto the balcony against her will. The least they could've done was charge him with attempted kidnapping. Not to mention it's still HIS fault that she fell, regardless if he pushed her or not, because he locked her out there!
I matched with Gable Tostee, a few years after the death of Warriena. His name was Eric. I knew his face looked familiar but didn’t think too much of it, we added each other on instagram and chatted for a bit but his messages were just weird and I started trying to remember why he looked so familiar. It clicked. I felt SICK to my stomach. He’s actually legally changed his name. Even his instagram gave me the creeps before I realised who he was. Talk about close call on that red flag!!
Why the hell do people agree to meet up with a stranger in a dark deserted place??! As for the Tinder dates, that's terrifying. I'm glad to be married and not in the dating scene, but I think if I was single again, I'd just stay single, I'd be fine with being alone.
@@simplylethul well, it all depends who you married and how well you knew them beforehand. I'm just saying in my personal situation I'm glad I married someone decent and thank God not having to worry with the whole dating scene in these years.
@@simplylethul Well you can keep your negativity. I have a good man I've been with 10 years, plus we were friends beforehand for three years prior. I know there are the rare couples that may have been together a long time, and some crime happens, but that's not usually the norm when it's someone you've been with a long time to not know if they have ulterior motives. I'm not worried about it as I know my husband is a good man. Haters will hate.
99% of tinder and bumble dates are perfectly normal people, there’s bad apples in everything. You hear about bad car accidents but still drive a car right? Planes can crash but people still fly. Watching Mr.Nightmare made me super cautious on who I talked to on dating apps and to always meet in a public place. Thanks to that, I dodged the creeps and met the love of my life. Thank you Mr.Nightmare for keeping us safe ❤
@extoyshred2957 I think people really underestimate the power of attraction. For some, almost anything can be glossed over if the man or woman is attractive.
Right?! He is complaining about cat fishing lol. If he felt he was catfished then why did he take her home with him? Woman goes to your apartment on video and never leaves. Dude is trying to sound upset but he went on a date the next day. No remorse there.
I always hated the idea of dating apps. They always seemed to go against what the PSAs at my school taught: never personally meet a stranger that you've only met online. I know PSAs tend to be fearmongering, but you really can't deny that most of them had a point.
Dating apps was created with good intentions..unfortunately humans are sinful...its like most apps...omegle for example was created with good intentions..and humans turned it sick and disgusting...now its finished..twitch was created with good intentions..now its full of Internet prostitutes...tinder is full of preds...Craigslist is full ff criminals...
calling a girl falling to her death on your balcony "a bit of a situation" and being so calm indicates to me that he 100% pushed her. nobody is that calm if this happened on accident
Yes id be crying and screaming like a drama queen because I would just feel so responsible for even being drunk with her on a balcony. And just the fact someone i just spoke with is now dead would really freak me out bad.
I don't know if he actually pushed her, but he definitely didn't see her as a person, but more like a play thing. He probably thought it'd be fun to have her be terrified of being locked out on the balcony without a way out. I mean just the arrogant way he started the conversation on the tinder all seemed to suggest that he thinks of himself as some kind of alpha male or something, or maybe just superior to everyone.
That happened to my friends and I we were at a party but we left, and there was about 20 people still left at the party partying , We found out later a girl we knew was on the balcony, everyone was drunk. Well this girl somehow fell off and died it was like 10 or so up could have been 16 we forget but it was a cement building and a known party animal house.we read few days later in the post that she fell backwards off balcony and died. Weird thing was their was no railing just a cement wall for a railing. 8 people say she got locked out and pushed others say she drunk and fell off it was never solved. She was only 15 I think. Moral of story my friends and I glad we left while we did. We would have ended up getting nightmares.
The video of the women falling off the balcony was so sad and chilling to hear and gave me goosebumps at the thought of what she endured. I can only imagine how scared she was 😢
@@LoudPet636I do think he made the wrong decision to lock her on the balcony instead of letting her leave, but I don't think he thought she would climb off and fall.
Women please. Do not go meet a guy you’ve never met before in real life at his house. A respectable dude will meet you for coffee or in a public place first before ever putting a girl he’s interested in at danger. Scum bags need to have their tactics exposed.
To go home with a stranger is very dangerous even for a man. He can't know if he/she's a honey trap. But for a woman, acording to statiatics, it's 7 times more dangerous. 🤯

Dating apps always freaked me out. Before meeting me, my boyfriend (who is on the spectrum so he didn’t recognize the red flags at the time) was catfished by a “girl” who ended up being a mugger. The guy ended up stabbing my boyfriend twice in the knee when he refused to give the guy his wallet. He’s doing really well now and is an amazing partner, but there are really sick people out there and it is crucial to learn to recognize red flags and immediate “no-gos” when talking about meeting up with new people. Never go to their house and never invite them to yours, don’t go to a secluded location at night, and if it seems creepy, it probably is. Be safe out there, y’all. ❤
When she said, "just let me go home," he should have let her! Push her out the door if you have to, idc. Just get her out. The fact that he did the complete opposite makes him culpable in her death imo.
He literally did tell her to walk out the front door immediately before resorting to the balcony when he realised she'd rather keep trying to attack him instead.
@@chinolebron6233 no, and what difference would it have made to his culpability? If he kicked her out the front door and onto the street and she got hit by a car or did something else resulting in her own death would that be his fault too? Him putting her on the balcony didn't cause her to die, her climbing over it caused her to die. After she refused to leave peacefully, he was obviously just trying to get her away from him or contain her the most efficient way possible, perhaps to either wait til she calms down, to call the police, whatever. Not a single person on earth would have thought she would climb over the railing to inevitable death seconds later.
@@zeffery101 a case of what? He did absolutely nothing to her. She was the abuser, throwing stones at him, verbally abusing him, threatening him, trashing his home etc. If anything, he'd have had a clear case of assault and probably trespass against her.
Strange at how different sentences for murder are. The man who stabbed his ex-wife’s date gets 40 years but the guy who murdered Grace Millane and did whatever he could to cover up the crime only gets 17 years. Truly scary. (I get that they’re actually in two different countries,as many have pointed out, I didn’t realize that when I posted)
Different nations, different laws. You also have the ex husband who clearly had a history of abuse against his wife and the restraining order, which shows clear intent to harm, as well as not only did he kill the date but also attacked the ex wife (2 victims instead of 1) and then came back into the restaurant to repeatedly stab the date even tho he has already down on the ground. So there are more charges than just basic murder.
@@Lawrence_Talbot I brought them up because I thought both stories were from Australia? Like Canada, they like to give out light sentences, so the 40 years was surprising to me. I absolutely see your point though.

The "meeting in the park" story reminds me of a scary time I had myself. I was living in Toronto at the time, I lived near Broadview station on the east side of the DVP (a big valley that is partially wooded and has a highway going through it). I used to go play video games with my buddy who lived on the west side of the DVP. These gaming sessions would usually go on pretty late into the night. There were 2 ways I could get home, either take a longer route that would take me over a big bridge that went over the valley (bloor/danforth bridge for you Torontonians) or I could cut through a large park (Riverside park) that went down into the valley with a little bridge over the river/highway. This night I decided to cut through the large park. As I was walking down I noticed a woman crying down the path. Strange and a little eerie as it must have been at least 1 or 2 am at this point. I thought maybe she was just going through a rough time and wanted to be somewhere secluded to let off some steam. I continued walking, but as I walked past her the woman looked up, although it wasn't a woman, it was a guy and he was staring right at me, giving me the creepiest smile I have ever seen. At first he didn't do anything but look so I just quickly walked past. I got some really bad feelings about this situation though so after walking a short distance I turned around to see if he was following me. Fuck, he was. I came up with a quick plan. I was almost at the bridge, which would momentarily put me out of his sight. I knew the park fairly well and I knew there was a little patch of trees and shrubs at the other end of the bridge. As soon as I broke sight with him on the bridge I booked it. I got to the end of the bridge and didn't see him at the other end yet so I took the opportunity to dive into the bushes. From the bushes I saw the guy start running once he realized I wasn't where he thought I would be. The fact he started running confirmed to me he was planning something pretty bad. He passed the bushes and I waited for a fair while before I was certain the coast was clear and quickly jogged out of the park and got home. I took the long way home from that day forward.
It’s crazy to think that this is Mr Nightmare’s longest video to date. You just don’t realize it because of how consistent his uploading has been since starting the channel.
The warriena wright case makes my skin crawl and blood boil. He was red flags from the beginning, and if she was “hitting” him, he should’ve sent her home instead of holding her hostage on a balcony.
I've known men to call the police to have them escort the woman out of their property and to ensure the eoman's safety after being abused by her. This guy is at fault. Reckless endangerment 100%. I still believe he planned this and harmed her. He threated to throw her off the balcony for a start. Hearing her scream NO over and over with more and more distress told me everything. This man HATES women and enjoys seeing them suffering mentally and physically. I agree with you!
Who in the hell audio records an entire evening with someone? Like. What? Who needs the play by play of your date if you weren't planning to do something to this girl and needed to set up an alibi?
I remember hearing that Gable Tostee was acquitted on all charges in her death. I was absolutely shocked. He must have had unbelievable defense attorneys. Listening to that is still horrifying to this day. Great videos! Thank you. Enjoy the rest of the weekend 🙏
I think he’s innocent. She was drunk and jumped. Some people go nuts when intoxicated and simply put go crazy. And she was attacking the guy. Without footage we’ll never know what truly happened but it’s not fair to blame him for murder when there isn’t solid evidence saying yes he pushed her off the balcony to her death

It’s crazy how ppl think they will get away with murder when there are cameras everywhere. That Jessie guy basically gave the police a complete itinerary of cleaning up a murder scene & disposal of the body. He was even on camera buying the shovel!
Honestly to me it didn’t sound like he threw her over the balcony and she did jump in an attempt to escape. Even still the fact that she most likely considered her only option was to try to climb down the balcony says a lot to what must’ve happened that night.
I feel like you have a very high chance of getting off vibes from someone on the first meeting in person. Even if you are talking to someone for months online you have no clue what type of personality they have and such. Yes, a person face-to-face can lie and charm you but at least that takes a lot of effort and practice to do. Whereas, online you can have no social skills at all and still seem funny and charming.
@@alwayspanicinthecomments371 I get your point, but I still prefer dating online for a very long time before meeting in person. You can definitely spot red flags and alarming behaviour from someone just online/via chatting which should cause you to Not wanna meet that person. However, if you'd met that same person on the streets it sounds a whole lot scarier to me, because they are within physical reach of you, meaning you are inadvertently in grave danger, but online you have the safety of distance and you get to 'Read' them without having them anywhere near you. I'd argue that's safer tbh.
Man, that guy who locked her on the balcony should be in prison! She said "Let me go home" and his response was no because he said she'd been a bad girl. I'm pretty sure that's holding somebody hostage! I also think that he was just saying stupid shit like she was trying to hit him with something cuz he was recording the whole thing. I can’t imagine my murderer getting away with what he did when there was audio evidence of me screaming for help and begging to leave and begging for my phone back so I could call for help. Absolutely sick
I'm not saying locking someone on your balcony is a decent move (neither is getting physically aggressive) but the recording only really proves that he put her on the balcony. Even the prosecutors admitted that it was the girls attempt to escape via the balcony that caused her death.
Thank you for not only covering this, but for spreading awareness bc for all of us who would never meet a stranger in the dark woods there are plenty who would. Maybe they'll learn something from this.
As someone who lives in Auckland City and within walking distance to Sky City, The news about Grace Millane absolutely rocked the headlines in New Zealand every single day when she went missing. Very shocking and tragic that something like that can happen in our little country. Love the long form vids Mr Nightmare

Well, she was drunk out of her mind and thats not debatable. When your intoxicated, you make decisions and choices completely opposite of logical and in this case, safe. No doubt he put her in that situation, but it's hard to argue that a judge, jury, and investigators failed to find a piece of evidence that says he pushed her off. Especially when the trial was on the news a lot, so public pressure was definitely there as well.
There was physical proof he didn’t throw her off. You could hear her still screaming when he locked her on the balcony , not to mention her legs dangling clearly showed her attempting to climb down while very intoxicated. Although I do believe he should have been arrested for the choking her, if he did.
He is a weirdo and a walking red flag but I don't think he pushed her. Drunk people do stupid shit all the time, I live in Vegas and you wouldn't believe the amount of deaths off the balconies of hotels/apartments/condos because of dumb drunk behavior. Clearly she was as drunk/crazy as he was. He is guilty of locking her out on the balcony but highly doubt he pushed her off it

One time, I got robbed by my tinder date. Turns out, she was a heroin addict. More recently, a month or so ago actually, I was supposed to meet with a woman at the local park in broad daylight to avoid this sorta situation, but the whole time, I was surveying and keeping tabs on cars around me. One car with two guys in it, and they were eyeing me. I was there a total of about two hours before I left and went back home. We were gonna try to meet again the next weekend, as the guys in the car reasonably could have just been there to roll up n smoke a blunt since its legal now. I got bad vibes from her and the guys in the car, especially since they were in the car nearby for quite some time, possibly the whole time I was there, almost as if they were waiting for me to let my guard down. That does not happen anymore though, so I took out my butterfly knife and started playing with it. I sent some side eye "I'm watching you" looks their way and they must have either been weirded out by this or somethin cuz they moved their car a bit further, but it's almost as if they didn't wanna let me outta their sight. I told the chick she had to show soon or I was heading home and she never showed so I headed home. She wanted to try again that weekend but I ended up not talking to her anymore. The bad vibes, the weirdly coincidental dudes in the park, it had to be a sign or sumn.

When she said, "just let me go home," he should have let her! Push her out the door if you have to, idc. Just get her out. The fact that he did the complete opposite makes him culpable in her death imo.
right, its almost as if, if he let her go, she would have a case against him and he wanted to keep her from yapping to authorities.
He literally did tell her to walk out the front door immediately before resorting to the balcony when he realised she'd rather keep trying to attack him instead.
@@homersampson1637 So, you're saying that his only option was to drag her onto the balcony rather than drag her outside his front door?

Do you still live in Toronto?
And still in that area?
Hopefully you no longer have to walk that path.

There is no difference between meeting creeps online vs public. You don’t know who you are running into and you meet them face first eventually.
Door locked from the inside. You can hear her alive still while he’s inside.
It's manslaughter at the least!
There was physical proof he didn’t throw her off. You could hear her still screaming when he locked her on the balcony , not to mention her legs dangling clearly showed her attempting to climb down while very intoxicated.
Always a special thanks to Mr.Nightmare for these gems! 💎
Yes
Ikrrr it's always the best day😂
Seriously though 🙏

NOt just MR nightmare i just came from Benoftheweek
I truly appreciate how you explain everything clearly and in detail.
I love when videos start right on, no intro. 😍
That Gable audio is beyond DISTRESSING.
That ex-husband story is more common than people think! Abusive men are sickening and controlling, and they are the most dangerous within the first 6 months the woman decides to finally leave! Poor woman. Ladies, please look for red flags and avoid men like that. ❤
Woman are also abusive and controlling lol , also you say to avoid men like that…. But these are the men y’all like….
Exactly there are insane people like this in the real world. But let's not get these psychos mixed up with someone who has a hard time with a break up and doesn't result to stalking, confrontation or violence
And abusive women?
@@tekbarrierwhy are you trying to push a narrative? Of course abusive women are bad too. Stop trying to take the story of an innocent man who was murdered a woman who’s life was ruined by her abusive ex and immediately trying to make it a “men have problems too” type of thing. Maybe just mourn for the victims?
@@Gwenisfreakinawesomeif I had to guess, maybe it's that people feel like it's necessary to point out issues that are largely ignored otherwise.
That person running towards the guy in that woods is TERRIFYING! I’m surprised he didn’t scream or say anything! I would’ve booked it outta there so fast and ran…
It was Chuck Norris.
I would have absolutely started throwing hands, this is why everyone should have pepper spray omg
I wouldn't have been there in the first place.

This is amazing! 35 mins and real screenshots, audio and video footage!!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
"please let me go home" "I would but you've been a bad girl"... acquitted...of all...charges....we need a flood.
Dude, your voice reminds me of Richard Dreyfus when he narrates the movie Stand By Me. The sharp pronunciation, the rhythm, even the sound. I found your channel through Mr Ballen and I enjoy your stories just as much. Thank you for the XL this weekend.
Omg i feel so bad for her! The terror in her voice!! Im in shock rn
He blessed us with the 35 minute video
Npc comment
35 MINUTES!!
Yes
Especially when its a 35 minute video😫
Indeed it is I wish he had fix day on posting video like every Saturday he post
That poor girl was petrified. 😢 Listening to that was sickening. At least the rest of the world got to understand what she went through and we all have empathy and wish we could have helped her at the time.
She was high as the sky!!!!
Gabel could force her onto the balcony but couldn’t force her into the hallway outside his apartment and locked her out there? Bullshit. He records all his dates, tell his dad why does this keep happening to me, and his neighbors hear him fighting with women all the time…yeah, I hope women have stayed far away from that psychopath.
He's a fit man bigger than her too. he could have easily pushed her into the hallway outside his apartment, but he wanted to control her and put her out on the balcony. it doesnt matter if she was drunk to him, he assaulted her and indirectly killed her by not letting her leave. he deserves to rot in prison. I'm so angry rich white boys can get away with killing women.
How many tall hot abusive psychopaths like that have you dated or hooked up with?
Maybe women like you should stop ignoring red flags in guys who are tall and hot.
Definitely my go to channel. I was having a bad day today and this upload is a good end to my day. Time to relax and enjoy some time for myself.
Hope you're feeling better and are enjoying a relaxing and chill night.
@amoragape7339Honestly a combination of things and it is one thing after another. From something wrong with my car to family members being seriously sick and losing my 7 year old Guinea pig, it has been a rough stretch. Thankfully car was taken care of yesterday. Hoping the other things get better soon. Thank you for asking!
@@CaseyAvalonthank you for your comment. I’m ready for a more positive stretch!
@@lauracanedo1446 you're welcome. I'm sure things will be more positive! Baby yourself til then, eat well, stay hydrated, take a nice shower and relax. Best to you, love ❤️❤️❤️

So he is just recycling his own videos?
The girl from the gable story looks visibly uncomfortable with him. It’s obvious he did more than was said. We don’t know when he started recording or what bullshit he fed the police, but he’s a sick man who deserves to be behind bars
The audio has me sobbing.
I’ve been a subscriber for years and I can hand on heart say Mr Nightmare has the best channel for this content. Good stories ☑️
Good Cadence that pulls the listener in ☑️
Chilling use of sound effects ☑️
Best stories channel going.
Dude, I just spent an hour of my life watching Mr nightmare and Mr ballen my day can't be any better than this
Amazing video as always, thanks Mr. Nightmare!!
I met a guy on Tinder once and he picked me up and drove to his city and I’m glad he didn’t turn out to be some kind of a murder. After this stories I’m really glad that nothing happens to me. We met a couple times of course. He was really cute and kind but we didn’t have a connection.
My tinder is broken (I get no matches)
@@Nutz_Deezskill issue
So he busted your cheeks and moved on, I got next. What’s your snap
You weren’t into him and knew from the start but you enjoyed the grift so drew on it.
how do u even get matches
Every time I think I might try online dating, I think about stories like this, and I'm good. 😅 Always love hearing your content Mr. Nightmare! ❤
The thing that gets me in the case with the girl falling off the balcony, is that the dude only says things like “ why does this always happen to ME” like someone didn’t just die…
Narcissistic vibes
Sociopath no empathy at all. That poor girl. @@katrinakaye7997
@@katrinakaye7997 all these cases are tbh.. just follow the patterns you'll notice its the same energy behind it
people will seriously put their lives at risk just for a chance to get laid... insane.
This is why I don't use Tinder or any dating apps pretty much, it's just full of creeps like this. True, it might not be the same for everyone, but I hear more bad stories about it than the good ones. Also, I am pretty sure Tinder became more of a hook up app than a dating app at this point, even if you get someone somewhat normal they most likely are just looking for a one night stand or something. I don't think I ever heard of anyone who met on that app have established a normal relationship.
I recommend Bumble, how I found my boyfriend and past partners. Tinder is dog 💩
I have but it’s definitely not the norm.
@@theawesomest2850 Congrats, you're one of the lucky few.
I have as well. But you just said it yourself. Its basically a hook up site now. We obviously won't be hearing good stories from it. And when things are bad they are bad.
yeah, pretty much why i will never install these dating apps ever again, no one is looking for anything serious, just hook-ups, i've found someone i care about and will never hope to ever use that toxic hell hole ever again, just makes me shiver just thinking about it
genuinely thanks mr, nightmare for the consistent uploads. otw back from Los Angeles with two hours left in my drive and this just made it a little better
Omg, her 'nos' were heartbreaking 💔
I love thes Dating horror Stories, please keep making more of this, they are always entertaining
Indeed ❤
I used a dating app once. I got a mad woman with like 5 kids & 3 ex husbands. I never used a dating app again.
I’ve been watching you for years !! Love your channel. I prefer stories in first person, they sound scarier. But love them regardless 🤪
This is like why I don't have Tinder anymore, when it comes to hooking up with girls or anyone, you won't know what kind of person they really are and will seem sketchy.
My FAVORITE scary story channel! Love & thank you Mr. Nightmare 💀☠️💀☠️💀☠️💀☠️
My favorite thing to do every week is listen to mr nightmare at work and a 35 min video is perfect to keep me sane for the end of my shift 😂
