  • I recently had to remove my Lithium Iron Phosphate battery and my Inverter so that I could install a new shower faucet. This system was installed in March of this year and has worked amazingly well for 15,200 miles, 76 camping days (32 of which were DRY/boondocking nights). I am also using a Progressive Dynamics Converter for the lithium battery.
Below is a link to the battery and inverter that I used in this installation; as well as the tub/shower faucet I installed after having to remove all of this. These links are to my Amazon Associates page. Thanks!

Hey Travis have thought about maybe adding an automatic transfer switch to your electrical system to your tm?

Yes, but for me it is not worth the hassle. The output from the inverter (the plug) goes into the bay where my RV power cable is located. If I know I won't have shore power, I just simply plug the camper into that cable coming from the inverter. On this camper...sometimes less is more! Thanks for the input!
