    麵龜,是一種拜拜的素品。它是用麵粉作成的食品,皮染紅或黃,做成像龜的形狀。凡婚喪喜慶、逢年過節等重大日子,神誕慶典或九皇誕都都少不了這種吉祥壽龜。
    分量:10個麵龜
    材料 :
    500克 包粉
    150克 細砂糖
    8克 酵母
    240毫升 水
    30克 油
    少許黑豆 (裝飾眼睛)
    紅色素和黃色素 +少許清水 - 混合均勻
    步驟 :
    1. 將500克包粉 ,150克 細砂糖,8克 酵母和240毫升 水 混合。
    2. 面團攪拌了一下,加入30克 油,繼續和面至不粘手。
    3. 讓面團松弛15分鐘,然後用拐面杖反復摺疊按壓排氣。
    4. 把面團切割出600克(白色麵糰)

    8. 放入少許紅色麵糰在頭部,白色麵糰放在腳部和尾巴,
    9. 放入兩顆黑豆當眼睛,完成造型啦~
    10. 完成造型後的面團進行發酵,45分鐘(大概發酵1.5倍大)
    11. 冷水下鍋,以中火蒸15分鐘
    12.蒸好後,開少許縫讓鍋內熱氣散開(約5分鐘後才打開)
