No we are not Arabs, we might be arabophones but that's a stretch because our Darija (patois) is too far from the real Arabic language, we are understood only within 3 countries, the rest can almost not communicate with us, my Dad is Egyptian and when my Moroccan Grandma went there the misunderstandings were the funniest. Egyptian is a lot closer to classic Arabic yet it is still difficult to communicate with the real Arabes from the Gulf. We are Africans, in our ways and DNA. The moor kingdom was Us, Mauritania and a piece of Niger. Our oldest trade partner was the ancient kingdom of Senegal-mali. We have in our DNA more east-west African with the unique marker of the native Amazigh-berbers. we have then our variations from our presence in the iberic peninsula the Ottoman and Mongol presence ... The quick but highly effective invasion of the French to steal our richesses. Even within the most "Arab looking" person you might find in Morocco she-he is still not Arab considering the criteria applicables to belong to a culture or an ethnicity. Peace

this guy is smart, he was born in casablanca, Moroccan from jewish family like many other Moroccan jewish born & rised in all over Moroccan cities. the good thing is jewish community in morocco is very active and still,we love them,I'M TALKING IN MOROCCO !!!! casablanca,Rabat, fes,meknes,tangier,marackech, essaouira and so on....any way they make a big difference keep touch with them.... This is what we commonly call Moroccan Bath that we can find in 5 stars hotel. It is inherited from Al-Andalus time with its origins from Ancient Rome. We exfoliate the skin using loofa and Moroccan Berber local natural products for exfoliation (black soap, etc).

I've been watching this show a year now, i'm so acquainted to team coco they feel like family to me, Conan is by far my best Tv show guy ever, Andy too a smart and underrated comedian. Sona's face has some Moroccan features and i almost have a crush on her, she is always cheerful and funny. when Conan visited Armenia with her i wished he could come to morocco someday. well if 'Gad' makes it happen it would be like a dream come true. there is no need to mention Jordan Shcharansky the profile picture speaks for itself and those episodes are the best and the reason i got hooked.

So, let me get this straight - he's a Frenchman of Moroccan descent, currently staying in America. He's a Moroccan Sephardic Jew, meaning he's part of a community that makes up approximately 0.02% of Morocco's population. He has a Moroccan passport but I wonder if he ever became a French citizen (does he have a French passport?) Also, is he considering becoming an American citizen?
He has French, Moroccan and Canadian passports (not his first time in America, he used to live in Canada too).
