those are all high value cards worthy the grading but i am wondering why that espeon holo is graded too since it is just a holo card ?

My rules of grading follows
- does it at least double in value, after grading fees
- is it a great card personally to me to just grade
- future value, believing a card would skyrocket, like the magikarp ar.
