The c in cello is just like a normal S, not cello like the instrument. It's just short for cellophane. & Yes from my understanding they're only grading the sealed pack, nothing on the inside. Just the condition of the cellophane.
@@officialvipokemon PSA are new to grading most errors, they used to just lower the grade of most errors. CGC are more specialist when it comes to errors
Unfortunately, holo bleed is actually not that rare on modern cards. Especially with these vertical stripe holos, but also here with sheen holos, holo bleed is quite common and therefore not really worthy of an error label. Neo Revelation is the only set in which Holo bleed has a real increase in value

That Lunala with the Holo bleed needs to be sold as a specialty even if they didn't grade it that way. That thing is super cool!

Pack grading unfortunately, so it was on the pricier side for just this card. I believe it was 25 + shipping
